Stolen: Gold Wedding band, and (2) jars full of cash change

Victim reported upon returning home on July 7, 2011 at about 12:50 p.m. someone unlawfully removed the above stated items from the residence through unlocked door. Suspects are pending further investigation.

 

The above items stolen were valued at about $1552.00

 

0211009736, Aggravated Battery Against a Household Member, Tampering with Evidence, 7-8-2011

Location: Camino Mio (Agua Fria Area) Santa Fe NM

Suspect: Pending

Deputies were called to the above location in reference to a male in need of medical attention.  Upon arrival victim reported being involved in an altercation with his girlfriend.  Victim sustained a laceration to his abdomen and was transported to the hospital for further treatment.  Suspect fled the area on foot prior to Deputies arrival.  A search of the area was conducted for the suspect to no avail.  Case is under investigation and an arrest warrant has been issued for the suspect.

Location: Calle Po Ae Pi 3200 block (Santa Fe)

Stolen: denim cloth purse, black orange wallet, discover card, $25.00, cell phone.

Victim reported that on this date between 8:15am and 12:15pm an unknown person(s) forced entry into the victims vehcile.  Entry was gained through breaking the right front window.  Once inside the suspect(s) stole the above items and fled the area.  Case is under investigation.

    On 07/06/2011 the victim reported someone unlawfully forced enter into their residence between the hours of 1:00pm and 3:30pm.  The victim reported the above items to be stolen by the suspect(s).  The investigation is ongoing.

Value of fraudulent charges: $738.89

    On 07/06/2011 victim reported she lost her State Employees Credit Union debit/credit card between June 13th 2011 and June 16th 2011.  Between June 16th and July 5th unknown suspect used the victim's card to make a total of 13 unauthorized purchases in Santa Fe, Bernalillo and Albuquerque totaling $738.89.
