Location:  residence off of Goldmine Road, Cerrillos, NM

On 7/6/11 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a larceny.  Victim stated that between 7/5/11 at 1200 hrs. and 7/6/11 at 1400 hrs. unknown persons entered victim's property and damaged the gate posts.  Victim stated that unknown persons then removed 3 motorcycles that are used for scrap, a heavy metal 3 legged A frame, a piece of steel rail, and several pieces of scrap metal.  Estimated value of items taken is $1800.  Estimated damage amount is $100.

Stolen: 1994 Honda 4door, Red, bearing NM# LGW342

Suspect: Under investigation

Victim reported that on this date at approximately 5:00pm her Honda was stolen from her front yard.  Proof of ownership was provided.  No forced entry is suspected at this time.  A BOLO was provided to surrounding agencies.  Case is under investigation. 

Case#: 0211009628/ Aggravated Battery, False Imprisonment/ Date: 07/06/11

Location:  18300 block of US 84/285, Espanola, NM (Arroyo Seco)

Suspect:  hispanic male, age 59, Espanola, NM

On 7/6/11 deputies were dispatched to Pojoaque Tribal Police Department in reference to an aggravated battery.  Victim stated that she was heavily medicated and that suspect wanted her to go to bed with him.  Suspect then removed his belt and battered her with it repeatedly.  Victim stated that suspect then locked her in a back bedroom against her will.  Victim did have bruising and cuts on her legs and buttocks area.   Criminal Investigations was called and took over the investigation.  Victim stated that this occurred Sunday, July 3, 2011.

0211009539 Aggravated Assault against a household member 07-05-2011

Location: Santa Fe County Road 113 S (Pojoaque NM area)

Between 1:00 am and 3:00 am on July 5^th 2011 a male and a female were involved in physical altercation in the females vehicle. During the altercation the male allegedly pulled out a shot gun and pointed it at the female then choked and punched her. The male fled the scene in her vehicle. This case is pending further investigation.

Arrested: Estevan Rivera

Deputies were dispatched to a Domestic Dispute at the above location. Estevan Rivera was involved in a verbal argument with a house hold member. During the argument he pushed and punched the house hold member’s face. He was booked for Battery against a household member.

CASE 0211009597 / REVOKED LICENSE, POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA AND MARIJUANA UNDER ONE OUNCE / 07-06-2011

ARRESTED:  REGINA V. MARTINEZ, 24 YOA FEMALE, SANTA FE

CHARGES:  REVOKED LICENSE, POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA AND MARIJUANA UNDER ONE OUNCE

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED IN AN ARGUMENT WITH HER CHILDS FATHER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET.  DURING INVESTIGATION SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO BE DRIVING WITH A REVOKED LICENSE DUE TO A RECENT DWI ARREST.  SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE LESS THAN ONE OUNCE OF MARIJUANA AND A PYREX PIPE AND ROLLING PAPERS.  SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION  CENTER AND BOOKED.  SUSPECTS VEHICLE (A 2007 TOYOTA CAMERY) WAS SEIZED BY THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE.

Suspect: John Criscione 49yoa male, Edgewood, NM

Suspect was located outside of his residence in a vehicle discharging a firearm by the caller.  Suspect was intoxicated at the time and upset with current situational matters.  Suspect discharged several rounds into the surrounding area before being taken into custody without incident.  Booked into Santa Fe County ADC without incident.

Location: Avenida Del Sur (Rancho Viejo)

Suspect: Pending

Victim reported that on 07-05-2011 at approximately 4:02pm their vehicle was broken into.  Entry was gained by breaking the front passengers side window.  Once inside the suspect(s) stole a 12"X8" Black and Red Colibri purse.  The damage and stolen value are estemated to be near 1700 dollars.  Case is under investigation.

On 07-04-2011 between the time of 5:30-6:00pm an unknown suspect(s) gained forced entry through a side window.  Entry was gained into the victims Toyota Corolla by breaking the window.  Once inside the suspect(s) stole a Toshiba Laptop, and a Dell Insperon Laptop valued at $1045.  Case is under investigation.

Suspect: Juanito Martinez, 42yoa Female,Santa Fe, NM

On this date staff from the Santa Fe County Jail located in the possession of Juanito Martinez a syringe.  The syringe was field tested and showed possitive for containing Heroin.  Suspect was re-booked into ADC on the above charges.
