On this date, victim reported that two Retirement Pension Funds had been depleted to a zero balance. Victim reports that one transaction accured on 06.01.2011 and another on 07.01.2011. Victim discovered the transactions this date while checking the accounts via the internet.

Suspect was stopped by Deputy after failing to maintain his lane of travel. Upon contact with the driver, signs of impairment were detected. Sobriety tests were administered and driver was arrested. Driver submitted to chemical testing with the results being .16/ .16

ARRESTED:  GERALDO CORDOVA, 29 YOA MALE, SANTA FE AREA

CHARGES:  AGGRAVATED DWI, CARELESS DRIVING AND PROOF OF INSURANCE

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LOCATION, SUSPECT LOST CONTROLL OF HIS MOTOR VEHICLE AND CRASHED OFF OF THE ROADWAY.  SUSPECT THEN TOOK OFF RUNNING SOUTH ON HIGHWAY 599.  WAS STOPPED BY DEPUTY AND FOUND TO BE UNDER THE INFLUENCE.  SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AND REFUSED BREATH & BLOOD TEST.  SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.  VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

Suspect was stopped by Deputies after she was reported to have been involved in a domestic assault. Upon contact with the driver signs of impairment were detected. Sobriety tests were administered and driver was arrested. Subject submitted to chemical testing with results being .16, .17

Suspect: Fransisco Franco      Age:22   Santa Fe,NM

Vehicle: 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer,  Blue

Deputy initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle after observing a traffic violation. Contact was made with the driver who displayed signs of impairment. Driver was administered sobriety tests and impairment was detected. Subject was arrested and refused to submit to chemical testing.

Deputies responded to a report of an unattended death. Deputies discovered a 47 year old male adult deceased outside of the residence. Medical investigator responded and found no signs of faul play. Case is under investigation.

 

CASE 0211009297 / ASSAULT OF A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER, AGGRAVATED DWI, BATTERY & ASSAULT / 07-02-2011

LOCATION:  100 BLOCK OF SUNFLOWER DRIVE, SANTA FE AREA

ARRESTED:  DOMINICK A. DELGADO 44 YOA MALE, FAWN EAGLEDAY-DELGADO 25 YOA FEMALE, BOTH OF SANTA FE

CHARGES:  ASSAULT OF A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER, AGGRAVATED DWI, BATTERY AND ASSAULT

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION DOMINICK DELGADO BECAME INVOLVED IN AN ARGUMENT WITH HIS WIFES LIVE IN UNCLE.  SUSPECT AND WIFE, FAWN EAGLEDAY-DELGADO WERE INTOXICATED.  WHILE SUSPECT WAS ASSAULTING VICTIM, FAWN ATTACKED HIS FRIEND AND BATTERED HIM.  VICTIM CALLED 911 FOR HELP AND SUSPECT FLED THE AREA BUT THEN RETURNED A FEW MINUTES LATER.  SUSPECT THEN LEFT AGAIN, BUT DEPUTY SPOTTED VEHICLE AND STOPPED IT.  DOMINICK WAS ARRESTED FOR ASSAULT OF HOUSEHOLD MEMBER.  FAWN WAS THE DRIVER AND SHE WAS ARRESTED FOR AGGRAVATED DWI, BATTERY AND ASSAULT.  VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

On June 28, 2011 the above suspect was located on a traffic stop and taken into custody without incident on a warrant issued by the 1st Judicial District Court for failure to comply with Electronic Monitoring.

Victim reported to Sheriff's Deputies of hearing a noise on the property. Victim stated that she went to investigate the noise and was confronted by an unknown male wearing all black and pointed a handgun at her. Victim stated the suspect did not say anything placing the gun in his shirt pocket and fleeing the area. Case is currently under investigation.
