Deputies responded to the location in reference to a battery. Upon arrival, Deputies were told by victim that she had been shoved and punched by suspect. Victim did have minor injuries, suspect was placed under arrest and taken to jail.

Suspect: Jay Deluzio      Age: 43     Aztec,NM

Subject was contacted by law enforcement after Deputies noticed that listed vehicle kept leaving the roadway and then emerging onto the roadway. Deputies contacted the driver  who was found to be impaired. Sobriety tests were administered and subject was arrested and given a blood draw. Subject was taken to jail.

Property damaged: window screen valued at $50.00

On 06/30/2011 a friend of the homeowner drove up to the house at approximately 2:00pm and observed a white male with black hair, wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans attempting to enter the victim's residence through a window the suspect had removed the screen from.  The suspect saw the friend of the victim driving up and ran off.  The investigation is ongoing.

Stolen: 3 Bank checks.

On the above date victim reported unknown suspect(s) stole three bank checks from her mail box sometime on June 6^th 2011. Victim stated that those checks were cashed and her account was charged for a total of $1,191.00. This case is pending further investigation.

Subject was reported missing by family after she was engaged in a verbal argument with a family member. Subject was entered into N.C.I.C. after she was not located during extensive search.

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unattended death. The victim a (74 year old male) who was located unresponsive. This case is a death investigation, which is on going.  No fowl play is expected in this incident

0211009131 DWI, Careless driving June 29th 2011

Arrested: Alejandro Ramos

On 06-29-2011 contact was made with the above listed defendant after he was involved in a motor vehicle crash. He stated that he had drank a few beers with his buddies just before the incident. He showed signs of impairment and was booked for DWI and Careless driving.
