Suspect: Keriann Wyllie, 40yoa Female, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect was observed traveling east on Agua Fria in her Chevy Impala.  Suspect was seen weaving from lane to lane prior to stop.  Suspect admitted to consuming medications prior to driving.  Blood results pending.

02.11.009447 / Larceny / 07.04.2011

Location: 10 Camino San Pedros (Edgewood)

Stolen: Copper wire from Qwest phone Box

Between July 3rd 2011, 3:00 p.m. and July 4, 2011 at approximately 1:25 p.m., unknown suspect(s) unlawfully stole copper wiring from a Qwest Box. Suspects are pending further investigation.

Stolen items were valued at about $2510.00

Case#: 0211009347/ Battery on a household member/ Date: 07/02/11

Deputy assigned:  Deputy Donald Romero

Location:  #1 Entrada Capulin, Santa Fe, NM (Tesuque)

Suspect:  Edward D. Santana, age 35, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Battery on a household member (2 counts)

On 7/2/11 at about 1952 hours deputy responded to above location in reference to a domestic dispute.  Deputy made contact with suspect who was intoxicated and uncooperative  Victim #1 stated that suspect struck his mother(suspect's) in the face.  Victim #1 stated he attempted to stop suspect and at that time suspect struck him.  Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

02.11.009369 / Unlawful taking of a Motor Vehicle / 07.03.2011

Location: 3991 Camino Juliana (Airport Rd)

Stolen: 1991 Toyota Camry NM License plate LPY490 Grey in Color

Between July 2nd 2011, and July 3, 2011 at approximately 9:00 am, unknown suspect(s) unlawfully stole the above vehicle. Victim was visiting a friend at the above location, upon awaking in the morning, victims vehicle was missing. Vehicle had a broken front driver window, and it was covered with plastic. Suspects are pending further investigation.

 Stolen items were valued at under $1000.00

The above listed subject was arrested on (5) five active Bench Warrants without incident. Subject was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail

Case#: 0211009384/ Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date: 07/03/11

Location:  27283 West Frontage Road, Santa Fe, NM (La Cienega)

On 7/3/11 between 1445 and 1540 hours unknown suspects unlawfully gained entry to a white in color Subaru Outback while parked at the above location.  Suspects gained entry by breaking the passenger side window and took a purse, a cloth shopping bag, an orange and black wallet, a Verizon cell phone, $55.00 in cash, and 2 bank cards.  Estimated value of items taken is $170.00.  Estimated damage amount is $500.00

Location:  8 Chalan Road, Santa Fe, NM (off of West Frontage Road)

Suspect:  Arturo Bernabe, age 27, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Battery on a household member

On 7/1/11 deputies responded to above location in reference to a domestic dispute.  Victim stated that she wanted to watch her show on TV and that the suspect got angry and choked her.  Suspect admitted to choking victim because she disrespected him.  Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Case#: 0211009386/ Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date: 07/03/11

Location:  Camel Tracks off of CR 56C Petroglyphs parking lot, Santa Fe, NM (La Cieneguilla)

On 7/3/11 between 1310 and 1420 hours unknown persons broke into the victims vehicle by breaking the drivers side window.  Unknown persons took 2 pair of prescription glasses and $25.00 in misc. coin and bills which was inside the vehicle.  Victim stated that his vehicle was parked in the Petroglyphs parking lot.  It is unknown what was used to break the window.  Estimated value of items taken is $425.00.  Estimated damage amount is $300.00.

Location:  residence off of Rancho Las Lagunas, Santa Fe, NM (Pojoaque)

On 7/3/11 deputies responded to a larceny.  Victim stated that some friends of his went over to his residence on 7/1/11 and 7/2/11.  Victim stated that they took US currency, Mexican and German silver coins, medication, liquor, and beef from inside his residence.  Victim stated that the estimated value of the items taken is $1810.00.  Victim stated that he did not allow them to take the items.

Location:  residence off of Don Filomeno, Tesuque, NM (Chupadero)

On 7/2/11 deputy responded to above location in reference to a larceny.  Victim stated that she was home working in the garden and heard a loud vehicle near her garage at 1000 hours.  Victim stated when her husband arrived home he discovered several of his items taken outside of the garage.  Victim stated that several tools, 2 power drills, a skill saw, an arc welder, and a power generator were taken.  Estimated value of items taken is $7500.00.  Victim did not see the vehicle.
