Above victim stated someone unlawfully entered her home sometime between 0950 hours-1150 hours and stole a flatscreen TV, 2 gold rings, jewelry box and a desk top computer. Suspect(s) forced entry by using some type of tool to pry open front door. Estimated value of items taken is $2875.00. Estimated damage amount is $30.00

SUSPECTS REMOVED A LARGE AMOUNT OF COLLECTABLE SPORTS ITEMS, BUSHMASTER AR15, HIPOINT 9MM RIFLE, PHOENIX ARMS 22 CAL HANDGUN, SAVAGE 22 CAL RIFLE AND A .22 CAL AK STYLE RIFLE, A SMALL SAFE WITH JEWLERY AND CLOTHING. ITEMS WERE BOXED UP DUE TO VICTIM BEING IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING. VICTIM REPORTED ITEMS VALUED AT ABOUT $233,950.00. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION DEPUTYS WERE SENT DUE TO A MAN FIREING A HANDGUN IN HIS YARD. DEPUTYS ARRIVED AND LOCATED THE MAN WHOM HAD BEEN DRINKING. DEPUTYS LOCATED THE FIREARM IN THE YARD AND ARRESTED THE INTOXICATED MAN ON THE ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.

ON THIS DATE VICTIM WAS LOCATED ON STATE ROAD #14 AFTER CALLING 911. INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE VICTIM WAS PICKED UP BY SUSPECT IN ALBUQUERQUE AND DRIVEN TO THE NORTH FORK AREA. VICTIM REPORTED THEY WENT TO SUSPECTS HOUSE AND HE PUNCHED AND SLAPPED HER AND FORCED HER TO REMOVE HER CLOTHING AND PENETRATED HER WITH HIS HAND BEFORE SHE WAS ABLE TO GET AWAY FROM HIM. VICTIM REPORTED THAT HE THEN TOOK HER INTO HIS VEHICLE AND DROVE HER BACK TO STATE ROAD #14 AND TOLD HER TO WALK HOME. DUE TO THE VICTIMS INTOXICATION, SUSPECTS HOUSE WAS NOT LOCATED. VICTIM WAS TRANSPORTED TO ST. VINCENTS HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

CHARGES: POSSESSION WITH THE INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE MARIJUANA, POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA & SELLING GIVING ALCOHOL TO A MINOR
WHILE DEPUTIES WERE WORKING ON A CASE IN THE PARKING LOT OF THE ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, SUSPECT DROVE UP AND REQUESTED TO GET BY WHERE THE ROADWAY WAS BLOCKED. DEPUTYS SMELLED A STRONG ORDER OF MARIJUANA. CONSENT SEARCH WAS DONE AND FOUND A BRICK OF MARIJUANA, DIGITAL SCALES AND A THIRY PACK OF BUD LIGHT BEER. RAFAEL WAS ARRESTED FOR POSSESSION WITH INTENT, DRUG PARAPHERNALIA AND SELLING GIVING ALCOHOL TO A MINOR. EDUARDO WAS ARRESTED FOR SELLING GIVING ALCOHOL TO A MINOR AND POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA. BOTH WERE TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

Deputies were dispatched to a Domestic Dispute at the above location. Phil Martinez was involved in a verbal argument with a house hold member. During the argument he pushed and scratched the house hold member’s face. He was booked for Battery against a household member.

On the above date victim reported unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry to the above stated address. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed the above stated items from the living room and then exited through the front door. This case is pending further investigation. It is felt by the victim that the suspect(s) had to have a key to the residence. This case is pending further investigation.
The above listed stolen items were valued at about $ 800.00

Deputy observed vehicle traveling without headlamps during night time hours. Deputy initiated a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, above listed suspect. Deputy observed signs of impairment and conducted several tests on suspect. Deputy determined the suspect was impaired and placed him under arrest. Deputy also discovered a small amount of cocaine within the vehicle and charged him accordingly. Deputy transported and booked suspect into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Victim reported that between 05-28-2011 until 06-09-2011 at approximately 1800hrs a unknown suspect(s) forced entry was gained into a tool shed located on the property. Once inside the shed the above items were stolen. Case is under investigation.
