On the above date victim reported unknown suspect(s) entered the home through an unlocked window, which leads to the computer room. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed the above stated items from the living room and then exited through the front door. This case is pending further investigation.

The above listed stolen items were valued at about $ 1,500.00

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM REPORTED BETWEEN 5:00 PM AND 8:00 PM UNKNOWN PERSON (S) REMOVED ABOVE LISTED ITEMS FROM HER YARD BEHIND HER SHED.  CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

0211008065 Reckless Driver 06/10/11

Location: Country Club Rd at Camino Rojo, Santa Fe NM (Airport Rd area)

Arrested: Dennis Lopez-Perez 18 years old, Santa Fe NM

On this date Deputies conducted a traffic stop with the above suspect at the above location, after the suspect was witnessed driving the wrong way in the wrong lane of traffic. Upon contact with the driver it was discovered he did not have a Drivers License, or proof in insurance. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail without incident.

Deputies responded to listed location in reference to a report of a robbery. Upon Deputy arrival a description was given of suspects who were located a short time later at the allsups located off of Hwy 14. Suspects admitted to the robbery and were taken to jail where they were charged accordingly.

Listed person entered roadway failing to yield for traffic and almost causing crash. Driver was stopped by Deputies and contacted. Driver was found to be impaired after sobriety testing was administered. Driver submitted to chemical testing with the results being .14/ .15

Location:  residence off of Moonlight Meadows, Edgewood, NM (off of West Hill Ranch Road)

On 6/9/11 between the hours of 1100 and 1600 victim stated unknown persons gained entry into his residence by breaking the glass to the back door.  Once inside unknown persons took a 52" flatscreen TV, an Imac computer and a remote control.  Estimated value of items taken is $4808.00.  Estimated damage amount is $500.00.

Location:  State Road 599 mm 8.5, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect:  Benjamin Castro, age 39, Albuquerque, NM

Charged:  Driving on a revoked driver's license, Speeding, No Insurance

On 6/9/11 Deputy observed a red in color Pontiac travelling northbound on SR 599 near mm 7 at a higher speed than the posted speed limit. Deputy turned around and conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle which had a temporary tag. Deputy contacted the driver who stated that he did not have a driver’s license. RECC ran the driver’s license in which the driver had a revoked license. The driver did not provide proof of insurance. The vehicle was seized as per the Santa Fe County Seizure. The driver was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Victim reported on 06/09/2011 between the hours of 12:00pm and 4:00pm an unknown suspect stole the victim's homemade flat bed trailer from the victim's yard. The case is under investigation.
