Deputies responded to a possible fight in progress. Upon arrival Deputies located a male victim several hundred yards away with deep lacerations to both his arms. Victim was transported to the hospital for treatment of non life threatening injuries. Case is currently under investigation.

Stolen: Laptop Unknown make ($500)
Victim reported that on or about 06-01-2011 to 06-05-2011 some unknown suspect(s) gained forcefull entry through a back door window. Once inside the residence suspect(s) stole the above item. Case is under investigation at this time.

Stolen: Weed eater, two ton jack, misc. tools
On 06-04-2011 between the hours of 1500-1800hrs (3pm-6pm). Victim stated that that a shed on the property was forcefully broken into through the main door. Once inside the shed the above items were taken. Case is under investigation.

Location: Carmelitos Drive/State Road 76 (Chimayo NM Area)
Arrested: Martina Garcia, Age:41, Chimayo NM
Deputies responded to a possible fight in progress. During the course of the investigation Deputy observed above listed suspect and attempted to approach suspects vehicle. Suspect fled the scene and Deputy initiated a traffic stop shortly after. Above listed suspect was found to be driving while her license was suspended/revoked. Deputy arrested above suspect and booked her accordingly into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Location: 100 block Derek James Drive (Edgewood)
victim reported that on this date, 06-03-11, at approximately 1900hrs the suspect got in her face and began yelling. The suspect then tackled victim and began to batter victim. The suspect fled the scene and a warrant was issued for the related charges. Case is under investigation.

Location: 100 block of Cities of Gold Road (Pojoaque)
Stolen: Black "Char-Broil" gas grill and "Blue Rhino" propane tank ($275)
Victim reported that sometime between 0300-0330hrs on 06-04-2011 an unidentified suspect(s) gained forceful entry into a locked gate. Once inside the suspect(s) stole the above grill and tank, leaving the area in a single cab Dodge Ram Pickup (unknown year). Case is under investigation.

Location: Santa Fe County Road 62/State Road 599 Santa Fe NM
Arrested: Ramon Lozano, Age: 40, Santa Fe NM
Above suspect/driver was observed by Deputy failing to stop at a stop sign. Deputy conducted traffic stop and observed signs of impairment. Deputy conducted several tests and determined above suspect was impaired. Deputy also discovered an open container of an alcoholic beverage within the vehicle he was operating. Deputy placed above suspect under arrest and booked him accordingly into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Location: Cedar Grove Court, Edgewood New Mexico
Arrested: Ana Vigil, Age:42, Edgewood NM
Deputies responded to a Domestic Disturbance at above location. Victim stated above suspect battered him during an argument. Deputies determined that the injuries sustained by the victim were consistent with a battery. Deputies also determined above suspect broke a glass window before leaving the residence. Deputies located the suspect a short time after and placed her under arrest and booked her accordingly into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Location: Clubhouse Road (Las Campanas area) Santa Fe NM
Arrested: Rene Soliz, Age: 48, Santa Fe New Mexico
Deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash involving a motorcycle. Upon arrival they made contact with the above listed suspect/driver. Deputy observed suspect who showed signs of impairment. Deputy conducted several tests and determined above suspect was impaired. Suspect did not have a motorcycle endorsement to operate the motorcycle he was operating. Deputy placed suspect under arrest and booked him accordingly into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Location: Olive Lane (El Rancho area)
Damaged: Double Pane Window, Leather Office Chair
Victim reported that around 3:40am on 6/02/11 she heard what appeared to be gunshots coming from north of her residence near county Road 84c. A Bullet hole was located in the window of the master bedroom and the bullet was located lodged in a leather office chair.
The damaged was estimated to be about $1000.00
