Victim reported on 06/01/2011 between the hours of 9:30am and 3:00pm unknown suspect's enetred the victim's house (forced entry) and ransacked the interior by damaging several walls and a television. The only items reported stolen from the residence was candy. A witness observed two possible suspect's in the area of the residence and provided a description.

On 6-1-11 deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff's Office lobby in refrence to a fraud. Deputy made contact with victim. she allowed her friend to do her 2010 taxes. He told her she was to receive a $1400 refund. When she did not receive the refund she attempted to contact John. When no contact was made she contacted the IRS. The IRS told her the refund was for $4,498 and it was deposited into a bank account. This occurred between March 2010 through August 2010.
The case is under investagation.

Victim reported on 06/01/2011 between the hours of 8:00am and 3:00pm someone entered the victim's house and stole the above listed TV. There were no signs of forced entry to the residence. Victim provided possible suspect information.

Estimated value of damages: $1,500.00
Victim reported at approximately 4:15am on 06/01/2011 unknown suspect used a blunt object to cause an estimated $1,500.00 worth of damages to the victim's truck, which was parked in the victim's driveway on Camino Capilla Vieja. Neighbors reported hearing loud banging noises at approximately 4:15am. Evidence was collected on scene.

Victim reported that sometime between 4:00pm 5/26/11 and 7:00am 5/27/11 some unknown person(s) entered the above property by cutting the fence and stole the above listed 7/8” Santa Fe brown gravel. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.
The above listed stolen items were valued at about $19020.00

Arrested: Ruben Jaramillo, 46 year old male from Santa Fe N.M.
Charges: Battery against a household member
On 05/31/2011 at approximately 2:41pm Deputies responded to the Catholic Charities located at 4985 Airpoort Road in reference to a domestic disturbance. The investigation revealed the above listed suspect battered his wife durring an altercation. No injuries were reported by the victim. The suspect was arrested charged accordingly.

Suspect: David Prada, 47yoa male, Santa Fe
Stolen: misc. power tools, misc. hand tools, Bow, tile saw, table saw, chain saw, sanders, lamp shades, tool chest, auto diagnostic set and misc items
Victim reported that on this date between 1830hrs and 1920hrs the suspect came to the area in his white Dodge truck. Once in the area the suspect began driving recklessly and struck a PNM phone box and swing set located on the victim’s property. The suspect then rammed a shed located on the property and stole the above items. The suspect and vehicle were located at his residence (plate provided by witness) and the suspect was subsequently arrested after resisting. Some of the victims property was located in the truck and the suspects residence and returned to the property owner. Case is under investigation.

Stolen: Black in color 2007 GMC Yukon utility vehicle
Victim reported that between May 29th 2011 at approximately 9:00 pm and May 3oth 2011 at approximately 9:30 am someone unlawfully stole the above stated vehicle. It was discovered that the above stated vehicle was involved in motor vehicle pursuit resulting in a motor vehicle crash, which the Santa Fe Police Department is investigation. Suspects are pending further investigation.
The above items stolen were valued at about $40,000.00

Deputies responded to an activated alarm at a business. Upon arrival Deputies discovered the front glass door to the business had been broken. Suspect(s) used a large rock to break the glass door and gain entry into the business. Once inside suspect(s) stole the above listed items. Case is under investigation.
