Victim reported on 5/26/11 someone entered their residence through a small kitchen window and stole the above listed television valued at $800.00.

Viictim reported they sold an electric wheelchair on ebay to an out of state  buyer.  The victim paid the suspect $350.00 to transport the wheelchair out of state to the buyer but the suspect never delivered the wheelchair.

Suspect: Chris Hernandez, 34 years old from Santa Fe N.M.

On 5/26/2011 a traffic stop was conducted on Mr. Hernandez who was found to be intoxicated.  He was placed under arrest without incident.  Mr. Hernandez refused to submitt to a breath or blood test.

Arrested: Gerald Sisneros 27 year old Male, Santa Fe NM

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in referenced to a subject removing paint from a painted curb. Upon making contact with the suspect he assaulted and battered the Deputy, he then criminally damaged Deputies patrol car by throwing rocks at it. The above suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.
 

0211007260 Aggravated DWI / Posession of Marijuana under 1oz 5-26-2011

Location: Airport Rd @ San Felipe Rd (Airport Rd Area)

Arrested: Dominic Martinez 19 years old, Santa Fe NM

Deputy conducted a traffic stop at the above location with the suspect vehicle. Drive displayed signs of impairment. SFST’s were conducted and the driver was placed under arrest for DWI. A Pyrex smoking device and a green leafy substance was also found on the suspect.. Suspect was arrested and charged with above charges, and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.

Victim reports Business yard was entered by cutting hole in chain link fence.  Once inside property, a commercial Jumping Jack ground stamper valued at about $2950.00 was taken from the bed of one of the company pick-up trucks.  Case is under investigation.

Victim reports 500 feet of copper wire valued at about $2,000.00 and a pulley were taken from a well house located on the above work site property.  Entry was gained by cutting (2) padlocks and a chain.  Case is under investigation

Suspect: Rebecca Leuetsky 54 years old

On 5/25/11 the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office responded to the Santa Fe Community College parking lot in reference to an altercation between three family members.  The investigation revealed the above suspect, who was intoxicated assaulted her daughter.  The suspect was arrested and charged with assault against a household member.

Items stolen: Kenwood car stereo, 2 Kenwood speakers and 2 Kenwood Amplifers

Value: $1,100.00

Victim reported sometime durring the day an unknown person entered her vehicle and stole the above listed items.  The vistim suspect's her son took the items.

Case#0211007246 / Death Investigation / 05/25/2011

Deputy Assigned: S. Maloney

Location: 4000 block of Agua Fria Road, Santa Fe N.M.

Victim: 28 year old male

On 5/25/11 at approximately 4:50pm the Sheriff's Office responded to a call of a male found unresponsive in his residence.  Medics arrived on scene and could not revive the male.  The cause of death is still under investigation but foul play does not appear to be a factor.
