Stolen: Visio flat screen, misc. gold jewelry

Victim reported that sometime between 1220-1245hrs suspect(s) gained forced entry through a door.  Once inside the suspect(s) stole the above item.  Case is under investigation.  suspect vehicle is possibly a 1990's model ford Expedition (white) with loud exhaust.

Victim reported that the suspect has been embezzling money from the La Cienega Home Owners Association while they had access to the account.  Case is under investigation

Victim stated that on the above date an unidentified suspect(s) gained entry to the residence through kicking in the front door to the residence.  An audible alarm sounded between 1130-1144hrs causing the suspect(s) to fled the area.  case is under investigation.

Location: Big Tesuque Campground (Hyde Park area) Santa Fe

Suspect: Pending

Items Stolen: Black Powerbook G4 Laptop Computer/with case, USA Passport, Social Security Card, and Bank statement.

Victim reported to Deputies he was at his campsite and returned to his vehicle and discovered the above listed items stolen from his vehicle.  Suspect gained entry into the vehicle and removed the above listed items.  There were no signs of forced entry.  Case is under investigation.

Location: State Road 14/Mile Post 43 Santa Fe area

Arrested: Suzanne Carlin, Age: 52, Santa Fe New Mexico

Deputy observed motor vehicle fail to maintain its lane.  Deputy initiated a traffic stop and made contact with the above listed suspect/driver.  Deputy observed signs of impairment and conducted several tests on the above listed suspect.  Deputy determined above suspect was impaired and placed her under arrest.  Deputy transported above suspect to the hospital for a legal blood draw and then to the Santa Fe County Detention Center where she was booked.

Location: Interstate 25 mile post 282 (Santa Fe  Area)

Arrested: William O'Connell, Age: 29, Santa Fe New Mexico

Deputy observed motor vehicle fail to maintain lanes.  Deputy conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the suspect/driver.  Deputy observed signs of impairment and conducted several tests. Deputy determined above suspect was impaired and placed him under arrest.  Suspect was transported and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

 

0211007039, Aggravated DWI, 05-21-2011

Deputy Assigned: B. Markley

Location: State Road 14 / State Road 599

Arrested: Juan Aguirre-Morales, 23yoa Male, Santa Fe

Charge: Aggravated DWI

Suspect was seen operating his 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer in the above area. A wale fare check was called in on the driver and vehicle by a concerned citizen in regards to the suspects sobriety.  Deputy Markley located the vehicle and conducted a wale fare check.  During the course of contact is was learned that the suspect was impaired and he was later arrested on DWI charges.  Suspect consented to a breath test which resulted in a .16/.16 suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Arrested: Maria Romero-Armijo, 30yoa Female, Santa Fe, NM

Charge(s): Battery on a household member, criminal damage to property of a household member

Victim stated above suspect physically assaulted her during an argument.  Victim stated suspect intentionally damaged their personal property as well.  Suspect was arrested without incident and booked into ADC

Location: West Frontage Rd near Cerrillos Rd (Santa Fe Area)

Arrested: Mathew Hurst 24 years old, Santa Fe NM

The above suspect drove up at the scene of a motor vehicle crash, driver was given standard field sobriety test in which he displayed several signs of impairment. The Driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center for DWI without incident.

Deputy observed motor vehicle fail to stop at red light.  Deputy conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the above listed suspect/driver.  Deputy observed signs of impairment and conducted several tests.  Deputy determined above suspect was impaired and placed her under arrest.  Deputy transported and booked above suspect accordingly into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.
