CASE 0211006772 / BURGLARY, LARCENY, CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY / 05-16-2011

LOCATION:  100 BLOCK OF LAS LOMAS, VALLE VISTA AREA

ITEMS STOLEN OR DAMAGED:  SECURITY CAMERA, PHOTO SENSOR, & DRAIN FLANGE, UNKNOWN VALUE AT THIS TIME.

On 5-16-11, Deputy was dispatched to the above address. Upon making contact with the reporting person, Victor Gonzales he stated that when he arrived to work this morning at eight he noticed that the security camera on top of the building was damaged and the photo sensor light was also damaged. 

Mr. Gonzales went into the office and reviewed the video and on Sunday May 15 at 952am several juvenilles climed on top of the roof and one of the suspects, Jovanni damaged the camera and light. The other suspect opened the unlocked utility doors of a county vehicle parked in front of the building and took the above listed item.

The item was recovered, case was referred to JPO.
 

CASE 0211006776 / BURGLARY (AUTO-LARCENY / 05-16-2011

LOCATION:  2600 BLOCK OF SYCAMORE LOOP, SANTA FE AREA

ITEMS STOLEN OR DAMAGED:  BLACK AND GREY COACH PURSE AND MATCHING WALLET AND A PRESCRIPTION OF LORTAB 10, ITEMS VALUED AT $1,000.00

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, VICTIM REPORTED BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 1:00 AM AND 9:30 AM, SOMEONE ENTERED HER 2001  VOLKSWAGON JETTA AND REMOVED THE ABOVE LISTED ITEMS.  CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.

0211006709, Burglary, Larceny, 5-14-2011

Location: Rudy Rodriguez Road

Suspect: Pending

Items stolen: Colt M-4 long rifle, 12 guage shotgun, DPMS AR-15 long rifle, Remmington 30-06 long rifle, miscellaneous electronics, jewelry, several knives, and U.S. currency.

Victim reported that suspect entered their residents and removed the above listed items.  Victim reported the burglary possibly occurred on 4-18-11.  Deputies did not discover any signs of forced entry into the residence.  Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Sherrad Sirmans

Deputy made contact with the above listed suspect who was driving a motor vehicle and had been involved in a motor vehicle crash.   Deputy determined above suspect was impaired.  Deputy placed above listed suspect under arrest and booked the above listed suspect into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Location: Airport Road/Meadows

Arrested: Kim Melton, Age: 46, Santa Fe New Mexico

Deputy made contact with above listed suspect who was the driver of a motor vehicle involved in a crash.  During the course of the investigation the Deputy observed signs of impairment.  Deputy conducted several tests and determined the above suspect to be impaired.  Deputy also discovered open containers of alcoholic beverages within the vehicle she was operating.  Deputy placed above suspect under arrest and booked her into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Item stolen: Yerf Dog go cart (red in color)

Value: $1,000.00

Victim reported sometiime between May 6th and May 13th someone stole a go cart from a shed located on the victim's property.  The suspect cut a hole in the victim's fence to remove the go cart from the property.   

Case#0211006730 / Aggravated burglary, Larcen, Criminal damage to property / 05/15/2011

Items stolen/damaged: Sig Saur 9mm hand gun, 2 Leatherman knives, 3 compound bows, sheep skin rug, $100.00 bill, misc. coins, digital cameras, pocket watch, fish filllet knife and 4 pocket knives. Damaged window screens.

Value: $3,600.00

Suspect: Pending

Victim reported someone entered their residence through a window by removing the screen sometime between 05/13/2011 and 5/15/2011 and stole the above listed items.  The investigation is ongoing.

Property stolen: Black and white claw foot bathtub

Suspect: Pending

Victim reported unknown suspect stole a bathtub from victim's front yard between 5/13/2011 and 5/15/2011.

Location: 3991 Camino Juliana Apt # 1024 SFNM (Airport Road area)

Stolen: 2003 Dodge Intrepid 4 door Blue in color NM JRK-588

Victim reported that between May 15th 2011 at 12:00 midnight and today at 8:00 am someone stole her blue in color 2003 Dodge Intrepid from the above stated location. There was no broken glass where the vehicle was parked. Suspects are pending further investigation.

The vehicle was valued at about $3000.00

Arrested: Josetta Rodriguez, Age: 47, Santa Fe New Mexico

Deputy made contact with a suspicious motor vehicle and made contact with the above listed driver/suspect.  Deputy observed signs of impairment from the above suspect and conducted several tests.  Deputy determined above suspect was impaired.  Deputy arrested and booked above suspect accordingly into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.
