Deputy stopped a motor vehicle for an equipment violation and made contact with the driver the above listed suspect. Deputy observe signs of impairment from the suspect. Deputy conducted several tests and determined the above listed suspect was impaired, Deputy placed suspect under arrest and booked her accordingly into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LOCATION SUSPECT WENT INTO A BUSNESS AND REMOVED A PAINTING VALUED AT OVER $5,000.00 AND TOOK IT TO HIS HOUSE. DURING INVESTIAGTION SUSPECT WAS LOCATED ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE BUSINESS AND WAS ARRESTED. THE PAINING WAS RECOVERED FROM HIS HOUSE AND RETURNED TO THE OWNER.

CHARGES: AGGRAVATED DWI, POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA UNDER ONE OUNCE, POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA
ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED NORTH BOUND ON CERRILLOS ROAD FAILING TO MAINTAIN HIS LANE OF THE ROADWAY. DEPUTY STOPPED VEHICLE AND FOUND THE SUSPECT UNDER THE INFLUENCE, POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA UNDER ONE OUNCE AND PARAPHERNALIA. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND CHARGED. SUSPECT REFUSED BREATH AND OR BLOOD TESTING AT THE TIME. VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

On May 10th 2011, Deputy Garcia handles a fraud case at the above listed address where victim/ complainant stated above listed suspect has taken checks from him, signed, and cashed them. Victim/ complainant alleges suspect took them from his residence when he was visiting. No other information at this time.

Deputy contacted above listed suspect who was very intoxicated and was found to be in possession of a firearm that was concealed on his person. He was also found to be a convicted felon. Above listed suspect was arrested and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Victim reported a burglary at their residence. Deputy discovered suspect gained entry through the front door by force. The front door had been kicked in. Damage was caused to the front door and jamb. Items stolen are pending at this time. Case is under investigation.

ON THIS DATE VICTIM REPORTED THAT UNKNOWN PERSON(S) APPEARED TO HAVE OPENED OR ATTEMPTED TO OPEN THE BACK DOOR. ALARM WENT OFF AND SUSPECT FLEED AREA. SUSPECT LEFT IN THE AREA IN A SMALL S-10 CHEVY PICKUP, RED IN COLOR WITH A BLUE STRIPE ON THE SIDE. THE VEHICLE HAD TWO HISPANIC MALES AND THE DRIVER HAD A RED SHIRT ON. DEPUTY WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE VEHICLE. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED ADDRESS VICTIM REPORTED THAT BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9:20 AM AND 4:00 PM, AN UNIDENTIFIED PERSON (S) ENTERED VICTIMS HOME THROUGH AN UNLOCKED GARAGE DOOR AND FORCED OPEN DISPLAY CASE AND REMOVED THE ABOVE LISTED ITEMS. VICTIMS FEELS THIS WAS DONE BY A FAMILY MEMBER. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

Stolen: Yellow 1976 Apache Pop up camper
Victim reported that he received a call from the Rancho Viejo Association advising that the storage lot was broken into on May 5th 2011 and his above vehicle was taken. Suspects are pending further investigation.
The above items stolen were valued at about $1000.00

Listed suspect was observed failing to stop at a posted stop sign. Deputies stopped the vehicle and contacted the driver. Driver was administered field sobriety exams and was found to be impaired. Driver was read implied consent and submitted to testing. The results of the tests were .22 / .21
