On 5/10/11 victim reported that between 0530 and 1850 hours unknown persons entered his residence through an unlocked window and stole an Xbox 360 w/2 controllers and 5 games, a Sony DVD player, a laptop computer and a Sylvania 7" mini tablet.  Estimated value of items taken is $1,000.00

Location: 100 block Barra Del Oro, Santa Fe N.M.

Items stolen: Misc. Jewelry and an unknown make/model hand gun

Value: $16,250.00

Suspect: Pending

Victim reported while she was in the hospital from September 2010 to October 2010 unknown suspect entered her home and stole several pieces of jewelry and an unknown make/model handgun.  The investigation is ongoing.

Case#: 0211006452/ Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date: 05/10/11

Deputy assigned:  Deputy Richard Hilderbrandt

Location:  residence off of Herrera Road, Santa Fe, NM (Pojoaque)

On 5/10 11 deputy was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary.  Upon arrival victim stated that between the hours of 0800 and 1530 unknown suspects gained entry into his residence by breaking in through the garage door.  Estimated damage amount is $1000.00.  Victim stated that unknown persons stole misc. silver and turquoise jewelry.  Estimated value of items taken is $5000.00.

    Victim reported sometime during the night of 05/09/2011 someone threw 2 rocks through two of the victim's livingroom windows.  The victim's home is under construction/remodel.  The investigation is ongoing.

LOCATION: 100 BLOCK OF RAINY SKY ROAD, EDGEWOOD AREA

ITEMS STOLEN:  SEVERAL POWER TOOK, SAW AND  DRILLS VALUED AT  

On May 10th 2011,  Deputy handles a residential burglary where suspects entered above victim’s residence when no one was home and stole several misc power tools from her garage. No forced entry to the residence was apparent. No suspect information is currently available. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME

CASE 0211006440 / RESISING OBSTRUCTING AN OFFICER / 05-10-2011

DEPUTY ASSIGNED:  SGT. CLFITON L. COLEMAN

COMMANDER:  SGT. CLIFTON L. COLEMAN

LOCATION: 100 BLOCK OF PASEO C DE BACA, LA CIENGUILLA AREA

ARRESTED; VERNE LUCERO, 54 YOA MALE

CHARGES:  RESISTING OBSTRUCTING AN OFFICER

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION DEPUTYS WERE SENT DUE TO A FIRE.  FIRE DEPARTMENT WAS REQUESTING OFFICERS DUE TO SUSPECT WAS OBSTRUCTING THEM.  DEPUTIES ARRIVED AND FOUND SUSPECT WHERE HE WAS STILL INTERFERRING.  SUSPECT THEN WAS NOT FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS FROM OFFICER AND WAS ARRESTED AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER.

0211006359, Aggravated Battery against household member, 5/9/11

Deputy Assigned: R. Weber

Location: Peak Place Mobile Home Park (Tesuque)

Suspect: Margaret Sanchez  Age: 62   Tesuque

Deputies responded to domestic dispute at Peak Place Mobile Home Park.  Upon arrival deputies learned that Margaret Sanchez had battered a household member by breaking a wooden back-scratcher over the victim's head causing minor injury.  Sanchez was booked without further incident.

On 05/09/2011 victim reported between the hours of 7:30pam and 9:00am unknown suspect entered his home through an open window and stole the above listed items.

Case#0211006402 / Death Investigation / 05/09/2011

Deputy Assigned: S. Maloney

Location: 1100 block of Morning Drive, Santa Fe N.M.

Victim: 47 year old white male

On 05/09/2011 at approximately 5:42pm Deputies were dispatched to a residence on the 1100 block of Morning Drive in reference to a welfare check.  Deputies entered the residence and found a 47 year old male deceased inside.  The case is still under investigation. It appears no foul play was involved.

Case#0211006393 / Aggravated Burglary, Larceny / 05/09/2011

Items stolen: 12 gauge pump action shotgun, 12 gauge Mossberg pistol grip shotgun, pearl necklace and bracelet, 48" Samsung flat screen TV , Apple I-Pod and two pillow cases. Value: 2,575.00

On 05/09/2011 victim reported between the hours of 10;35am and 2:51pm unknown suspects entered victim's residence through an unlocked door and stole the above items.  Evidence was obtained and the investigation is ongoing.
