Arrested: Louie Romero     Age: 37     Santa Fe,,NM

Driver was observed by Deputy fail to dim headlamps. A traffic stop  was initiated and contact was made with the driver. Driver  showed signs of drinking and Sobriety tests were administered. Impairment was detected and driver was arrested. Driver refused Chemical Testing.. Vehicle was seized in accordance to Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5.

Driver was observed by Deputy weave in his lane of traffic. Deputy initiated a traffic stop and contacted the driver. Upon initial interview driver showed signs of drinking. Sobriety tests were administered and impairment was detected. Driver was arrested and submitted to chemical testing where the results were .08 / .08

Victim reported on 5/27/2011 unknown suspect driving a maroon in color truck stole two "dirt bike" motorcycles from the victim's yard valued at $7,00.00.

Susppect: Martin Dean 43 year olld male from Santa Fe N.M.

A traffiic stop was conducted on Mr. Dean on US 84/285.  mr. Dean was found to be driving on a revoked license and was arrested.

Location: Rancho Viejo Blvd.     Santa Fe,NM

Deputies were dispatched to report of an audible alarm. Upon Deputy arrival it was discovered that the glassdoor to the establishment had been broken and entry gained.Owner of the establishment reported that items had been removed. Case is still under investigation.

Arrested: Fabian Sanchez   Age: 43    Arroyo Seco,NM (Taos Area)

Deputy observed vehicle weaving withing its lane of travel and make a sudden turn. Deputy initiated  a  traffic stop and upon contacting the driver he was found to be impaired. Subject was given sobriety testing and was then arrested. Subject was given chemical testing with the results being .15, .14

0211007284 (Assualt against a household member, Battery against a household member, Poss of marijuana, 05-26-2011)

Location: 6151 Airport Road Country Club Gardens Mobile Home Park, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Rico Lopez

Deputies were dispatched to a Domestic Dispute at the above location. Rico Lopez was involved in a verbal argument with a house hold member. During the argument he struck and pulled the house hold members hair. He was booked for Assault against a household member, Battery against a house hold member, and possession of marijuana.

Location: 856 Dinkle Road Edgewood, NM

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unattended death. The victim a (81 year old male) who was located unresponsive. This case is a death investigation, which is on going. No fowl play is expected in this incident.

Stolen: 32 inch flat screen TV, Wii game console, Will controller

Between may 24th 2011 and May 26th 2011 someone took the above stated items from the above stated location.  Suspects are pending further investigation.

The above listed stolen items were valued at  $1,100.00

Location: Old Las Vegas Hwy   Santa Fe,NM

Victim reported to Sheriff's Office that as he was traveling on the listed road, suspect passed him in a vehicle then braked. Victim stated that when he drove alongside  the suspect vehicle, suspect driver brandished a black in color semi-auto handgun. Victim fled the area and called law enforcement. Case is still under investigation.
