2021006740/ Agg. DWI and Speeding

Location: NM 76 and NM 106/ Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Olivas Cano, Jorge Eduardo -36 year old H/M

Cpl. Matison stopped the above driver for speeding. The driver was displaying signs of impairment upon contact. Deputy Blea took the investigation on a possible DWI. The driver submitted to SFSTs. Deputy Blea observed signs of impairment and arrested the driver for DWI and other infractions. Implied Consent was agreed upon and test results indicated a BrAC of 0.21g/210 and 0.21g/210L.

The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without incident.

2021006741/ DWI, Headlights required

Location: US 84-285 mm 182 Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: - Sisneros, Alyssa Victoria- 24 year old H/F

The above suspect  was stopped for the traffic infraction of headlamps required after dark. The driver displayed signs of impairment. The driver submitted to SFSTs. Deputy Pool observed signs of impairment and arrested the driver for DWI and traffic infractions. Implied Consent was agreed upon and test results indicated a BrAC of 0.   g/210 and 0.g/210L.

The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without incident.

2021006716/ DWI and Open Container of an alcoholic beverage

Location: Interstate 25 mm 273 south bound/ Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Madera- Escobedo, Roberto Alfredo- 44 year old H/M

Deputy Ward conducted a welfare check on a motorist, who was outside his vehicle. The driver was displaying signs of impairment upon contact. The driver was found with an open container of "Scotch" in the vehicle. The driver submitted to SFSTs. Deputy Ward observed signs of impairment and arrested the driver for DWI and Open Container of an alcoholic beverage. Implied Consent was agreed upon and test results indicated a BrAC of 0.11g/210 and 0.11g/210L.

The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without incident.

2021006738/Burglary/08-27-2021

Location: Wild Turkey Way, Santa Fe, NM

Stolen: Miscellaneous Tools

On Friday, August 27th 2021 at about 6:50 pm, deputies responded to the above area for a suspicious person. The victim advised an unknown male cut through their fence and attempted to steal multiple tools from a carport and a boat. This occurred just prior to deputies being summoned to the scene. The victim confronted the suspect and he fled from the area. All property was believed to be recovered. This incident remains under investigation.

Location: Arroyo Ridge Road

Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a burglary, during the investigation it was learned an unknown suspect damaged a back door to gain entry into the residence. Once inside, numerous power tools were stolen. Case is under investigation.

Location: Hwy 14 Mile Marker M29

Deputies were dispatched to the area for an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. It was learned that the suspect stole the vehicle several days prior to it being reported stolen.

Unknown suspect(s) took movie production equipment sometime between 8/3/21 and 8/10/21. Case is under investigation.  

2021006706,Driving while license revoked,8-26-2021

Location: US 285/ Old Las Vegas Hwy

Arrested: Ricardo Rodriguez  56 yoa Pecos, NM

Deputy conducted a traffic stop on above subject  due to license plate not returning to the vehicle.  During the traffic stop, Deputy learned the driver had a revoked driver license with an arrest clause.  In addition, subject had an active arrest warrant for his arrest.  Subject was arrested and booked accordingly.

Suspect got into an argument with her ex-husband. Suspect became physical and struck the victim. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.
