On This date victim reported that sometime between 6:30pm to 6:45pm some unknown person attempted to gain entry into his garage. The unknown suspect used a piece of wood to bang on the door causing minor damage to the door. Entry was not gained. A black Dodge pickup with Mexico plates was seen leaving the area.

On This date victim reported that sometime between 1/6/11 and 1/24/11 some unknown person unlawfully entered her residence by unknown means and stole the above listed items.
The above listed stolen/damaged items were valued at about $4350.00

On above date deputies were dispatched to Old Santa Fe Trail in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival it was determined that unknown person(s) gained entry to the residence through an unlocked front door and stole the above listed items. Victim stated that the items were stolen sometime between 1:30 PM and 5:00 PM on the date of report
While at the residence the renter who resides in the mother-in-law quarters also advised that his residence had been burglarized during the same time period. The suspects gained entry into the residence through an unlocked front door. A Toshiba laptop was the only item stolen from the residence.
The above listed stolen/damaged items were valued at about $3300.00

Arrested: Michael Martinez 43 years old, Santa Fe NM
On this date Deputies conduct a traffic stop on the above suspect / vehicle. The suspect driver was found to have a suspended/revoked driver’s license. The above driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Stolen: white Xbox 360, 17 Insignia TV/DVD combo, Nokia cell phone
Victim reported that around 3:00pm on this date her home was burglarized. The unknown suspects gained entry by breaking the living room window. Upon entry in the residence the above items were stolen. According to a witness two 14 year old male subjects were seen walking through the mobile home park with a TV. They were described as about 5’3” tall both wearing hoodies.
The above listed stolen/damaged items were valued at about $600.00

On above date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to a Burglary. Victim reported that sometime between 01-24-11 at 0800 and 01-25-11 at 0700 some unknown person(s) gained forced entry into the residence and took the above items. The items were valued at approximately $4300. Case is under investigation.

Subject was stopped by Deputies after observing a traffic violation. Contact was made with the driver and was found to be impiared. Driver was given tests and results were .23, .23. Subjects vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County Vehicle Seizure Ordinance.

Victim reported that sometime on yesterday between 1100 hours and 2000 his home was burglarized. The unknown suspects gained entry through the unlocked front door, and took the above items from in the bedroom dresser.
The above listed stolen items were valued at about $150.00
