ARRESTED: QUEZADA DOMINGUEZ-SOSA 31 YOA MALE & ANTHONY ARTURO 23 YOA MALE, BOTH OF SANTA FE
CHARGES: BURGLARY "AUTO" - CONSPIRACY, LARCENY, CONCEALING IDENTITY AND SERVICE OF DOCUMENTS.
ON THIS DATE DEPUTIES WERE DISPATCHED TO ABOVE LISTED LOCATION DUE TO A BURGLARY OF A MOTOR VEHICLE. SUSPECTS INFORMATION WAS GIVEN AND THEY WERE DRIVING A WHITE IN COLOR FORD PICKUP. VICTIMS SON WAS ABLE TO GET LICENSE PLATE INFORMATION. THE VEHICLE WAS LOCATED BY DEPUTYS AND STOPPED. DRIVER AND PASSENGER OF VEHICLE WERE IDENTIFIED AS SUSPECTED LISTED ABOVE. INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE THE TWO MEN DROVE INTO THE DRIVEWAY OF THE VICTIMS HOME AND REMOVED A RED IN COLOR TOOL BOX WITH TOOLS AND A SONY CD PLAYED FROM VICTIMS VEHICLE, THESE ITEMS VALUED AT $2,500.00. ALL PROPERTY WAS RECOVERED. BOTH MEN WERE ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISED CHARGES AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER WHERE THEY WERE BOOKED.

ARRESTED: LEANDRO H. BACA 43YOA MALE & VANITY BACA 22 YOA FEMALE
CHARGES: DWI, POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA OVER 8 OUNCES, POSSESSION OF COCAINE, POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERANLIA, DWI.
ON THIS DATE AT THE ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, LEANDRO BACA WAS STOPPED BY DEPUTY MARTINEZ DUE TO A SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE COMPLAINT IN THE AREA. DURING THE INVESTIGATION THE DRIVER WAS EMITTING THE ODOR OF AN INTOXICANT. THE DRIVER WAS FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED AND WAS ARRESTED. INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE THE DRIVER ALSO HAD PILL BOTTLES WHICH CONTAINED MARIJUANA SEEDS AND ABOUT ONE POUND OF MARIJUANA. THE PASSENGER VANITY BACA WAS FOUND TO HAVE CONCEALED HER IDENTITY DUE TO HAVEING A WARRANT FOR HER ARREST. SHE WAS ALSO FOUND TO HAVE COCAINE AND DRUG PARAPHERNALIA IN HER POSSESSION AT THE TIME. BOTH WERE ARRESTED ON THE ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.

ITEMS STOLEN-DAMAGED: GOLD AND SILVER RINGS, SILVER AND DIAMOND RING, GOLD EARRINGS JEWELRY, DIAMOND EARINGS AND NAMBE BOWL, AND COYBOY SHAPED BOWL, VALUED AT $2,005.00.
ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LOCATION, VICTIM REPORTED SHE HAD LEFT HER HOUSE OVER NIGHT OF THE 20TH OF JANUARY AND WHEN SHE RETURNED ON THE 21ST IN THE AFTERNOON SHE FOUND HER BACK DOOR HAD BEEN FORCED OPENED AND THE ABOVE ITEMS HAD BEEN STOLEN. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

DAMAGE: BACK DOOR AND FRAME (VALUE $400.00)
ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, VICTIM FOUND PRYMARKS ON HER REAR DOOR TO HER HOUSE. VICTIM REPORTED THAT SHE OBSERVED A MALE HANGING AROUND INFRONT OF HER HOUSE EARLIER IN THE DAY. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

Location: Santa Fe County Detention Center
Suspect: Daisy Sandoval, Age: 19, Santa Fe
Victim reported that suspect was being escorted through the jail. Suspect was told to take off a hair tie from hair, and struck victim with a closed fist in the stomach. Suspect was escorted into a holding cell, and Law Enforcement was contacted. Suspect was charged accordingly.

Suspect: Lisa Krooth, age 46, Pecos N.M.
Suspect was observed weaving in and out of traffic and into oncoming traffic by the reporting party. Reporting person was able to stop the suspects vehicle with their vehicle by blocking them. Deputies arrived and determined the suspect was under heavy medication and had a child with her in the vehicle. Suspect was unable to perform the Standardized Field Sobriety Test's and was placed under arrest.

Items Stolen: Concha Belt, Gouchi Watch, Gold Bracelet, loop earings, 36inch pee wee Herman doll, four Americana/Barbie dolls
Victim reported to deputies that items have gone missing over a period of time. Victim believes independent maids that have cleaned the residence may have something to do with the items missing. Case is under investigation.

Subject was stopped by Deputies after observing a traffic violation. Deputies contacted the driver and observed signs of impairment. Sobriety Tests were administered and subject was placed under arrest. The results of the breath test were .25, .23

Arrested: Jose Garcia 32 years old, Santa Fe NM
Deputies conducted a traffic stop on the above suspect driver. Upon contact with the driver several signs of impairment were seen. Driver was given standard field sobriety test in which he displayed several signs of impairment. The Driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center for DWI without incident.

Location: Centaurus Road (Aldea Subdivision)
Suspect: Pending
Deputies responded to the area of Centaurus Road in regards to a stolen motor vehicle. Victim advised that she was traveling with a friend when the friend requested to drive. Upon exiting the vehicle to switch drivers the friend left without permission in the vehicle failing to return. Case is under investigation.
