Deputy responded to report of Motor Vehicle Burglary. The vehcile was parked at the trail head for Burnt Trail and left for approximately three hours. When victim returned they noticed forced entry into their vehicle and the above items missing. Case is under investigation.

Deputies responded to a vacant residence in regards to a burglary. State Employees Credit Union reported that a residence that was recently foreclosed was forcefully entered. Once inside the residence the suspect(s) damaged property estimated at $1000. Case is under investigation.

Subject was stopped for a traffic violation. Upon contact with the driver he was found to be impaired. Driver was arrested with the breath tests results being .12 .12

On this date Deputies responded to the above address. Victim stated that on this date sometime between 2:00am and 4:00pm some unknown person entered victim’s property and stole the above listed items.
The above listed stolen items were valued at about $1500.00

Restraint
On 1-18-2011 at 8:37 PM the suspect was found sitting in the driver's seat of the vehicle at the location. The vehicle had run out of gas. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater. The suspect has 3 or more prior DWI offenses, therefore the vehicle was siezed in accordance with the Santa Fe County DWI Vheicle Forfieture Ordinance. The suspect's Kansas Driver's License is suspended. There were two children (age 6 and 7) unrestrained in the vehicle at the time. The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request.

On 1-18-2011 at 7:29 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location and got the vehicle stuck in the median. The suspect was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and submitted to a Blood Test. The results of that test are pending. The suspect was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana and a glass pipe containing suspected marijuana residue. The suspect was unable to produce her driver's license upon request.

On this date Deputies responded to the above address. Upon arrival the victim stated that he was checking his credit card statement on line on Jan 14th. Victim stated that he noticed several unauthorized charges to his account.
Items charged were a coffee maker, coffee, exercise kit and an electric stove with a total amount of $540.00

Missing: Keith Welker age 15 5'3" 180lbs, Black hair, Brown eyes
Missing person was last seen on Monday 1-17-2011 at approximately 11:00am at his residence and left a note stating he was going to runaway. Missing person later returned during the night time hours and picked up survival gear without the families knowledge. Family believes he is in a rural area near his home. A Search and Rescue mission has been launched.

On above date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to a burglary/larceny. Victim reported that sometime from 01-16-11 until 01-17-11 forced entry was gained through a south facing window. Once inside the suspect(s) damaged a door and took a cash register and cash. Case is under investigation.

On above date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to a Breaking and Entering. Victim reported that sometime between 5:30PM on 01-14-2011 and 8:00 AM on 01-17-2011 some unknown person(s) gained entry into office through a broken window. Once inside the suspect(s) looked through items but did not take any items. The window is valued at $150. Case is under investigation.
