Location: Calle Corrado (NM Hwy14 area)

Stolen: Full Length Mink Coat, Black in color P Coat, Black in color full length wool coat

On above date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival it was determined that unknown person(s) gained entry to the residence by unknown means and stole the above listed items. Victim stated that the items were stolen sometime in December.
The above listed stolen items were valued at about $3160.00

CASE: 0211000113 / AGGRAVATED ASSAULT / 01-03-2011

DEPUTY ASSIGNED:  DEPUTY SHANNON COLES

COMMANDER:  SGT. CLIFTON L COLEMAN

LOCATION:  CAMINO CHUPADERO hIGHWAY, CHUPADERO AREA

SUSPECT:  PENDING

CHARGES:  PENDING

VICTIM REPORTED ON THIS DATE THAT HE WAS DRIVING ON CAMINO CHUPADERO HIGHWAY WHEN SUSPECT CROSSED OVER CENTER LINE OF ROADWAY, THEN SUSPECT TURNED AROUND PASSED VICTIM AND PULLED IN FRONT OF HIM AND FORCED HIM TO STOP.  VICTIM REPORTED SUSPECT APPROCHED HIM AND WAS YELLING, THEN SPIT ON HIM TELLING HIM THAT HE TRYED TO HIT HIS VEHICLE.  VICTIM REPORTED THAT SUSPECT THEN TRYED TO BATTER HIM WITH A PIECE OF FIRE WOOD TWO TIMES.  FAMILY MEMBERS OF THE SUSPECT STOPPED HIM AND FORCED HIM BACK INTO HIS VEHICLE AND THEY LEFT THEAREA.  CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

0211000138, Identity Theft, 01/04/2011

Victim reported she lives out of state and attempted to collect unemployment, but was denied because victims social security number is being used without her knowledge in New Mexico.  Case is under investgation.

0211000117 / Larceny over $500 / 01-03-2010

Location: Sunset Canyon Lane

Victim reported to that on 01-03-2011 at approximately 0030 hours while company was visiting at his home, his wallet was taken which had $1,200.00 his ID's and various credit cards. Victim gave information on a possible suspect. Case is still under investigation.

SFSO Case # 0211000114 / DWI / 01-03-2011

Location: Lopez Lane and Rufina Street

Arrested: Henry Ulin-Chali ; 21 years old ; Santa Fe

 On Monday 01-03-2011 at approximately 1939 hours the above person was stopped for a traffic violation. Contact was made with the driver who was found to be operating a vehicle while impaired. Person was arrested and taken for a legal blood draw.

0211000120 Battery Against a Household Member

Location: Hickory Street/Cottonwood MHP (Agua Fria St Area)

Arrested: Patrick Valdez 23 years old, Santa Fe NM

On this date the above suspect was involved in a domestic with her boyfriend. Suspect battered victim and victim sustained several visible injuries. A warrant was issued for the arrest of the above listed Suspect who was arrested and booked into Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

0211000099 Larceny

Location: Santa Fe Ski Area, (Hyde Park Area)

Stolen: black/white Snow Board with Bindings

On this date victim reported that sometime between 3:00pm and 3:05pm his above listed snow board was stolen from the snow board rack at the Santa Fe Ski Area. Victim stated he went inside the ski lodge for 5 minutes leaving his snow board unsecured and upon returning it had been stolen.

The above listed items stolen vehicle was valued at about $870.00

Case# 0211000061 Breaking and Entering

Deputy Assigned:  Deputy Joshua David

Commander Entering:  Sergeant Joe McLaughlin

Location:  1300 Block of Alamo Road, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect #1:  Jackie Mascarenas, 37, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Breaking and Entering, Aggravated Assault, Battery, Criminal Damage to Property,

                 Resisting or Obstructing an Officer

Suspect #2:  Joseph Mascarenas, 36, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Battery, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer

On 1-2-2011 at 6:11 PM Suspect #1 gained unlawful entry to a residence at the location.  Once inside the residence she struck a victim with a closed fist.  Once outside the residence Suspect #1 scratched another victim.  Suspect #2 also struck the second victim with a closed fist.  Suspect #1 broke a windshield wiper off of a vehicle and used that as a weapon and swung it at the victims.   Both suspects fled the residence and were located hiding in areas in the vicinity of the location.  Both victims sustained minor injuries which they both declined medical attention.

Location: Camino Tierra Rae/Tierra MHP(Airport Rd area)

Stolen: Misc tools, Craftsman reciprocating saw, tool boxes with misc tools, craftsman skill saw, portable drill driver

On this date victim reported that on December 14th 2010 he had parked his vehicle outside of his residence on. He said that he went outside to get a tool from his truck on Dec 22nd and the rear window of his camper shell was damaged and the above items were missing.

The above listed stolen items were valued at about $727.50

Location: Riverside Drive/Riverside MHP (Airport Rd area)

Stolen: Misc costume jewelry, Craftsman air compressor

On this date victim reported that sometime between Dec 24th 2010 and this date some unknown person unlawfully entered his residence. Upon his arrival home today, he noticed that his front door would not open and there were tennis shoe prints on the front door. Upon walking around to the back door, it was also damaged. When entering his home he noticed that the above items were missing

The above listed stolen items were valued at about $1750.00
