 On 12-27-2010 at approximately 11:10 p.m. the above driver was seen by a Deputy, failing to stop at the posted stop sign at the above location. The driver showed signs of impairment was placed under arrest. The driver refused chemical testing. The drivers vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5

Victim noticed that her account was overdrawn by $1,000. Victim stated that the Bank told her that an unknown person made a withdrawal from her account, using a fictitious License. This case is still under investigation.

Arrested: Gustavo Gallegos Age: 29 Charges: Battery Upon a Household Member

The Defendant was in a physical fight with his wife. The defendant struck his wife in the neck, causing a visible injury. The defendant was arrested and taken to the Detention Center, without incident.

On December 27, 2010 the above suspect was located at his residence and arrested on a Santa Fe County Magistrate Bench Warrant charging him with Battery Against a Household Member.

Warrant issued for: Tim Romero - age 43, Santa Fe, NM

Victim reports that her ex-husband went to her home and forced his way inside by damaging the doorway. Once inside, he reportedly battered the victim and caused further damage inside the residence. The suspect fled prior to law enforcement arrival and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

The above juvenile was last seen at the at her residence in the area of Paseo Del Rey.  She left the residence to go to her boyfriends residence and failed to return home when requested.  She has been contacting the legal guardian and advising that she would return home but has not.  She was entered into NCIC as a missing person

Missing: Mario Altamirano age 12, 5'4", 130lbs, Black Hair, Brn eyes

The above juvenile was last seen at the Roberts Drive area with a friend.  The two were last seen leaving in a smaller white sedan (unknown make/model) to an unknown location. He has been in contact with his father and stated that he is not ready to return home. He was entered into NCIC as a missing person

Location: West Cochiti (County Road 44)

Deputies responded to a report of a 76 year old male unresponsive.  Victim was found unresponsive on the floor by family members.  Upon arrival it was discovered that the male had numerous medical problems as of late.  Office of the Medical Investigator was contacted and investigated.  There were no signs of foul play.

Deputy responded to a call of a residetial burglary. Upon arriving, victim stated that between 12:30p.m. and 7:45p.m. unknown persons entered his shed by force and removed power tools and a saddle. Case is still under investigation.

Arrested: Jeremy Klett - age 33, Lake Havasu City, AZ

Deputies responded to a report of a male with a gun. Upon arrival, they located the male in a vehicle with the handgun in his possession. There were reports he assaulted another male with the handgun. The male was placed under arrest and booked into ADC.
