Victim resported that on 11/28/10 while at St. Vincent's Hospital, two credit/debit cards were taken from her vehicle by the person accompanying her to the hospital. Suspect attempted to use victim #1 debit card at Walmart and the charge of $167.56 was then reversed. Victim #1's card was returned to the vehicle. but victim 2's card was kept and used several times at different locations for a total amount of $414.25. Victims believe suspect left the hospital and attempted the charge at Walmart while she was inside sleeping. Case is still pending.

Location: 3900 block of Camino Vista Verde, Santa Fe, NM (off of Airport Road)
On 11/29/10 between 0745 hours and 1730 hours victim stated she was away from her residence. Victim stated unknown suspects entered her residence through a west side window by damageing the screen and window. Once inside suspects rummaged through the residence and took misc. jewelry, 2 suitcases, and a 38 special Rossi revolver. Estimated value of items taken is $1,474.00. Estimated damage amount is $350.00

Suspect: Vanessa Sandoval age 32
Charges: DWI , careless driving, Open Container
Suspect/driver was involved in a motor vehicle crash. While investigating the crash it was determined that the driver was under the influence and impaired. Also located in the motor vehicle was an open container of an alcoholic beverage. Suspect was arrested.

The Defendant was in a physical fight with her husband. The defendant struck her husband in the face and bit him on his chest and back. The defendant was arrested and taken to the Detention Center, without incident.

Suspect was stopped for a traffic violation at which time it was discovered that he had an active arrest warrant. Suspect was arrested without incident.

Charges: Possession of Cocaine , DWI
Driver was stopped for speeding and failure to maintain his lane. Investigation determined that the suspect had been drinking and was impaired. The driver was arrested. An inventory of the vehicle was conducted at which time two baggies of suspected cocaine was located in the vehicle.

Charges: DWI
Suspects vehicle was observed driving slowly in the parking lot of several businesses that were closed. A welfare check was done on the vehicle. Contact was made with the driver . The investigation concluded that the driver admitted to drinking two beers and showed signs of impairment. Suspect submitted to a breath test that was over the legal limit. Suspect was arrested.

On this date Deputy conducted a traffic stop at the above location and the above listed person had a revoked driver’s license with the arrest clause. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Location of Incident: County Road 56C (Camel Tracks) Santa Fe, NM

On 11-24-10 a vehicle was located in the area of Santa Fe County Road 56C known as "The Camel Tracks". The vehicle was located on its roof and had been burned beyond recognition. The only identifiers that could be located near the vehicle were three Toyota symbols and a Toyta hubcap. Due the condition of the vehicle no owner could be contacted and it is unknown if the vehicle is stolen. No witness or suspect information is available at this time.

Charged: Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Heroin, DWI, Careless Driving,
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
On November 25, 2010 at 4:53 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location and was unable to maintain a single lane of travel. The suspect was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and submitted to a Blood Test. The results of this test are pending. The suspect was found to be in possession of a substance suspected of being heroin as well as a bottle cap used for the purpose of preparing heroin for injection.
