Victim reported that sometime between November 24th 2010 1:30 pm and this date at about 5:30pm his residence was burglarized. Some unknown person unlawfully entered the above residence through the kitchen window and stole the above listed items. A maroon in color Chevy Cavalier was seen in the area at about 10:00am. This incident is under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.
The above listed stolen items were valued at about $900.00

Victim’s son in law stated that at about 2:00pm on this date he was working in his shop when he noticed a male walk past his window headed towards his mother in laws home. He went to her home to check on her and when he walked in the two males were in the house holding a flat screen television in their hands.The both suspects attempted to leave the house. The second male was grabbed by witness and a short scuffle occurred. The male got away and they ran to an awaiting vehicle. The witness followed the males and observed a dark green passenger car pulling away.
The males are described as being between 12 to 15 years old. One was wearing a red jacket and was approximately 6'0 tall 150 pounds with black hair, the other was wearing a gray hoodie was approximately 5'8" tall 130 pounds with blonde hair

Victim reported that sometime between 4:00 p.m. on 11-22-10 and 8:00 a.m. on 11-23-10 an unknown person(s) entered onto the above property and gained unlawful entry into 4 vehicles and 5 RV's. The unknown suspect(s) caused damage to said RV's and vehicles and also stole a stereo/CD player and a Pioneer Surround Sound system from two of the RV's. No suspect or witness information is available at this time.

Charges: Assault on a Household Member ( Domestic )
Suspect had a verbal dispute with his wife, Upon Deputies arrival he fled the scene. Suspect was reported to be intoxicated. Suspect later returned. Suspect then began to argue with his wife again , at which time he raised his hand, making a fist and threatened to "punch" her. Suspect was arrested on the above charge.

Charges: Aggravated DWI, Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply with conditions of probation.
Suspect was stopped for failing to maintain her traffic lane. Upon further investigation it was determined that suspect was under the influence of alcohol. Suspect refused a chemical or breath test. Based on signs of impairment suspect was arrested for DWI and was also served with an outstanding Municipal Court Warrant .

Charged: DWI, Careless Driving, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked,
Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Marijuana
On November 23, 2010 at 8:01 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location.The suspect was involved in a two vehicle collission. The suspect was found to be under the influendce of marijua and submitted to a Blood Tets; The results of the test are pending. It was learned that the suspecr's New Mexico driver's License is Revoked with the Arrest Clause attached. The suspect was found to be in possession of two hand rolled marijuana cigarettes. The vehicle was siezed pursuant to the Santa Fe County DWI Vehicle Forfieture Ordinance.

On November 23, 2010 at 4:05 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location and displaying an expired license plate. The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request. IThe suspect's privilege to operate a motor vehicle in New Mexico is revoked with the Arrest Clause attached.

Stolen: Large sprocket and gear set, various metals, steel truck wheels
On above date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to a larceny that took place sometime between 1:30pm and 2:30pm on this date. Upon arrival it was determined that the above items had been stolen from the property. Victim stated her neighbor observed a green in color mini truck bearing NM plate 306 PWD on her property with one male subject loading up metal scraps in to his truck.
The above listed items stolen were valued at about $2000.00

Location: 28 Camino Justicia, Santa Fe NM (Santa Fe County Jail)
Arrested: Aldo Garcia-Munoz 24years old, Santa Fe NM
On above date Deputies responded to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center in reference to an inmate attempting to escape from the jail. Upon arrival it was determined that the suspect listed above had used the personal information of another inmate who was to be released on this date. Suspect had already been changed into civilian clothes and was in the release process when Lieutenant with Corrections was able to identify the suspect. Suspect was interviewed and admitted to using false information to be released. Suspect was booked on the above charge.

Stolen: Burgundy 1990 Dodge Dynasty, NM license plate 101VJC
On this date Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. Upon arrival it was determined that the suspect had taken the above listed vehicle with permission to go to the store on November 21, 2010 at approximately 8:00 PM and had failed to return it despite several requests by the victim. The vehicle was entered into NCIC accordingly. The vehicle was valued at about $800.00
