Victim reports sometime between July 4, 2010 and November 21, 2010 unattended vacation home/cabin was entered by force through rear door and a multittude of items were taken including, dishes, food,comfortors and (3) antique rifles.  The basement was also entered by force through cinderblock wall and various power tools were taken.  Case is under investigation.

Charges: Possession of a controlled substance, Open Container, Traffic Violation

Suspect was stopped for a traffic violation. During the stop it was determined that the suspect had been drinking but was not impaired or over the legal limit. Also during the investigation it was determined that there were open containers of alcohol in the vehicle. Also found in the vehicle was five (5) tablets of Ecstasy. Suspect was arrested.

Father reported that he last saw his daughter when he dropped her off at School (Capital High ) on Friday, November 19, 2010. Juvenile is believed to be in the Santa Fe Area with her boyfriend.

Location:  Valle Vista Blvd, Santa Fe, NM

On November 20, 2010 at 2:14 AM deputies responded to an alarm activation at a business at the location.  Upon arrival it was discovered that person(s) unknown, utilizing unknown means had gained entry by the business by shattering a window on the south side of the building.  Once entry was gained, person(s) unknown removed two televisions and $1,300.00 in cash.

Missing: Kevin Plamberg 34 years old, Santa Fe NM

On above date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to a missing person. Upon arrival it was determined that the victim left the above facility on November 17, 2010 at approximately 3:00 pm and has not returned. The victim is approximately 5'09" 145 lbs. has brown eyes and brown hair. The victim was last seen wearing blue jeans and a baseball hat. Victim was entered into NCIC and Missing Persons Clearinghouse.

Victim reported that sometime between 11:30am and 2:30pm on this date some unknown person unlawfully entered the above residence through an unlocked rear sliding door. The residence was ransacked and it is unknown if anything was stolen at this time. This incident is under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

Victim reported that sometime between 7:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on 11-17-2010 unknown person(s) gained forced entry into her residence through a bedroom window.  Once inside the suspects stole a flatscreen TV, 2 Sony PSP's and misc. jewelry.  No suspect or witness information is available at this time.

Stolen: Glock 26 9 MM handgun (Serial # Unk), Miscellaneous Clothing, $400.00 in cash

Value: $1,574

On 11-17-10 the victim reported that someone had entered the residence by unknown means between 11-06-10 and 11-16-10. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed the above listed items. The victim was unable to provide a serial number for the handgun at time of report. The victim provided 3 Playstation controllers that had been moved during the incident. The controllers will be submitted into the NM DPS crime lab. Suspect information is pending.
