On November 18, 2010 at 12:15 AM the supect was involved in a motor vehicle crash at the location. The suspect failed to yield the right of way to another vehicle as she was attempting to make a left turn resulting in a collision. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test. The suspect was unable to produce her valid Colorado Driver's License upon request. The driver of the other vehicle was transported to the hospital with minor injuries. Neither of the two passengers in the the suspect's vehicle was injuried. The suspect sustained a minor injury and declined medical attention at the scene.

On November 17, 2010, between 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM, person(s) unknown, utilizing unknown means gained entry to a residence at the location. There were no signs of forced entry. Once entry was gained, person(s) unknown removed a TV, camera, projector, laptop computer, men's ring and a video game console.

Victim reported that unknown persons broke into her vehicle by breaking out the front passenger window. The above item was stolen and no suspects were located.

Arrested: Gilbert Benavidez age 66, Belen NM
Deputies were dispatched to the area of I-25 and Entrada La Cienega in reference to a reckless driver. The vehicle above was located off of the roadway disabled. Upon contact with the driver several signs of impairment were seen. Driver refused SFST's and was arrested. The Driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without incident.

Victim reported that sometime between 6:30am and 3:15pm on this date some unknown person unlawfully entered the residence by damaging the front door window at his residence, and stole the above listed items from within.
The above listed stolen items were valued at about $6000.00

On above date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to a missing person. Upon arrival it was determined that the victim was last seen on November 10, 2010 at approximately 6:00 PM. The victim is approximately 5'10" 180 lbs. bald, has brown eyes and a moustache. The victim was last seen wearing a Cowboys baseball cap, a gray sweatshirt with "Native Pride" on the back, gray Dickie pants, and blue and white K-Swiss shoes. Victim is reported to frequent the area of Coronado Apartments and Tierra Real mobile home park. Victim was entered into NCIC and Missing Persons Clearinghouse.

Victim reported that sometime between 1:00pm and 3:00pm on this date some unknown person unlawfully entered the residence by prying open the front door and stole the above listed items.

Victim reported on this date that some unknown person(s) unlawfully entered their residence through the unlocked north door. Upon entering the residence the above listed item was stolen valued at about $2000.00. A witness in the area observed the suspects leave the residence they were described as a Hispanic male and female leaving in a black 4 door Pontiac car with dark tinted windows.
The suspects were described as Hispanic male driver about 6'01" tall, tattoos short dark hair. The other was a Hispanic female light complexion with black hair.

Sometime between Thursday, November 11, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. and Monday, November 15, 2010 at 7:00 a.m. an unknown person(s) gained unforced entry into a 1998 Ford work van and stole a Rigid camera and monitor valued at $7,500. No suspect or witness information is available at this time.

Suspect was involved in a single vehicle crash at the above location. Upon contact with the suspect it was determined that he was showing signs of impairment due to the recent use of suspected marijuana. Suspect was given field sobriety tests at which time he showed signs of impairment. Suspect was arrested .
