On November 10, 2010 at 12:39 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location and displaying a vehicle registration that should have been displayed on a 1981, Ford, Flatbed Truck. The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request. The suspect's New Mexico Driver's License is revoked with the Arrest Clause Attached. The vehicle was siezed pursuant to the Santa Fe County DWI Vehicle Forfeiture Ordinance.

Suspect: Ben Blea, 48, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Battery Against a Household Member
On November 9, 2010 at 8:46 PM the suspect was involved in a verbal altercation with the victim at a residence at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect picked the victim up and attempted to throw her out the back door of the residence.

Location: Aspen Loop, Santa Fe NM (Airport Rd area)
Deputy resounded to the above address in reference to criminal damage to a Maroon Chevy SUV. Some unknown persons damaged the passenger side of the vehicle and windows as well as the front windshield. The damage appeared to be caused by a brick. A dark in color vehicle with tinted windows was seen leaving the area at a high rate of speed. The damage was estimated at about $2000.00

Location: 300 block of Los Pinos Road, Santa Fe, NM (La Cienega)
On 11/9/10 at about 1648 hours, deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival, victim stated that suspects forced entry through the front door. Victim stated that the suspects removed a Sony PSP, 3 gold chains, a jewelry box, a white gold ring, a Gateway 17" laptop, $600.00 cash, an Apple touch Ipod, and a leather jacket. Estimated value of items taken is $4520.17. Victim stated that the burglary occurred between the hours of 1100 and 1645. Estimated damage amount is about $300.00.

Location: residence off of Camino Apolonia, Santa Fe, NM (Canoncito)
On 11/9/10 at approximately 1145 hours 2 males between the age of 18 and 22 drove their vehicle into victim's driveway. Victim stated that the males gained forcible entry through a rear bedroom window. Victim stated that the suspects took an X-box gaming system, Wii gaming system, 32" flatscreen TV, 40" flatscreen TV, a Savage 3006 rifle, and other items. Estimated value of items taken is $2800.00. Witness stated that he had seen the suspects in the area.

Victim reported that she had accidentally forgot her purse at the Pojoaque Elementary School about a week ago when she was attending a school function for her child. Victim advised that when she contacted her banks to cancel her checks and credit cards that were in her purse she was advised that a personal check had been forged and cashed and one of her credit cards had been used. Suspect information is pending at this time.

On November 8, 2010 between 10:30 AM and 8:45 PM, person(s) unknown, utilizing unknown means gained entry to a residence at the location. Once entry was gained a X Box 360 and 2 game controllers were removed.

Location: West Nambe (south fork area)
On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unattended death. The victim (1 month old female) passed away at the above residence. It was undetermined what the cause of death was at this time; there were no signs of foul play located at the scene.

Location: Sheep Dog Lane (Stanly NM area)
Stolen: 1 male black/whit Japanese chin K9, 1 female white with brown spots chin K9
On above date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to a larceny that took place sometime between 7:00am and 7:30pm on 11/03/2010 Upon arrival it was determined that the above dogs were stolen from the south side of the victims yard.
The above listed dogs stolen were valued at about $600.00

Location: residence off of Carson Valley Way, Santa Fe, NM (off of SR 14)
On Monday November 8, 2010 deputies were dispatched to the Santa Fe City Police Department reference to a forgery that occurred at the above address. Victim stated between October 30, 2010 and November 1, 2010 her husband forged her name on two checks. Victim stated each check was written in the amount of $300.00. Victim stated that the suspect is not authorized to withdraw money from the account. Victim stated account was closed pending investigation.
