Charges: DWI first Offense

Driver was found passed out, in his vehicle, at a stop sign, at the intersection of the above street. Driver was found to be impaired and was arrested for DWI.

021010213 Burglary 11/7/10

Location: W Sunset Trail (Silverado Subdivision)

Stolen: Tattoo Equipment, Ink for Tattoo, X Box, Wi Gaming System, Camera, Games for X-box and Wi, valued at $2,500.

No Suspect Information

Victim reported that he broke into her residence through her front door. The front door was broken to gain entry. The above items were stolen and no suspects were located.

0210010206 Assualt on a Household Member 11/7/2010

Location: County Rd 84

Arrested: Elizabeth Roybal DOB: 12/15/59 Charges: Assault on a Household Member and Violation of Restraining Order

The above suspect was arrested after she was involved in a verbal argument with her ex-girlfriend. Suspect assaulted her girlfriend and she had a valid Restraining Order against her ex-girlfriend.

Subject was stopped on a traffic offense. The subject was found to have a revoked Driver’s license with an arrest clause.

Case#: 0210010198/ Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date: 11/7/10

Deputy assigned:  Richard Hildebrandt

Location:  100 block of Woods Loop, Santa Fe, NM (off of Old Las Vegas Hwy)

On 11/7/10 victim reported between the hours of 1000 and 1230 his residence was broken into and entry was gained by suspect throwing a brick through a sliding glass door.  Victim stated that suspects also turned off his power to his residence by turning off the switch.  Victim stated that the suspects took a Macbook Pro G-4 computer, Pentax digital camera, a gold Rolex watch and $2500.00 in cash.  Estimated value of items taken is $7450.00.  Estimated damage amount is about $2000.00.

Case#: 0210010111/ Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date: 11/5/10

Location:  3700 block of West Alameda, Santa Fe, NM

  On Friday November 5, 2010 deputies were dispatched to the above address reference to a burglary/larceny. Victim stated some time between November 3, 2010 and November 5, 2010 someone cut a hole in the fence of his construction yard and stole Misc. Box Steel, 2 Chainsaws, Round steel, Tee posts, Aluminum tracking, 3 industrial water pumps, 26' steel gates, and 8' ladder . Victim stated the suspect also broke the door latch to his shed and unlawfully entered and stole propane heaters.   Estimated value of items taken is $8825.00.

0210-10181/ Commercial Burglary/ 11-7-10

Location: 624 Old Las Vegas Highway   (Real Food Nation)

Charges: Pending

On November 7th, 2010, at about 0201am deputies responded to a business alarm at the above location. Upon their arrival it was determined that two windows to the above business had been broken with rocks and forced entry had been made into the business. While inside the suspects attempted to gain entry into one cash register which contained no money and it appeared that they attempted to steal the business radio. It was determined that nothing was taken from the business although a substantial amount of damage was done to gain entry.

0210-010168/ DWI arrest (felony)/ 11-7-10

Location: South Meadows at Airport Road

Suspect: Jesus Chavez Fernandez    age 29

Charges: DWI (Felony) Fourth or subsequent, Driving while license suspended or revoked, Obedience to traffic signal

 

Contact was made with suspect after he failed to go on a green light at an intersection. Investigation later determined that the driver was impaired and had a suspended drivers license. Driver was arrested for his fourth or subsequent DWI.

Case# 0210010136 Aggravated DWI

Location:  Ridgline Road at Mutt Nelson Road, Santa Fe, NM

Vehicle:  Blue, 1989, Volvo, 4 door

Suspect:  Nicholas Patton, 27, Los Alamos, NM

Charged:  Aggravated DWI, Reckless Driving, Display of Registration, Open Container

On November 6, 2010 at 1:47 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location when he was involved in a single vehicle crash.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater.  The vehicle registration was expired and there was an open can of beer in the vehicle.

Location:  State Road 76, Mile Marker 4 (La Puebla)

Vehicle:  Gray, 1981, Chevy, 2 door

Suspect:  Joey I. Rodriguez, 29, San Juan Pueblo, NMM

Charged:  Warrant  - Failure to Pay Fines, Concealing Identity

On November 5, 2010 the suspect was a passenger in the vehicle that had been stopped at the location for investigation of another incident.  During the investigation the suspect provided a false name and date of birth.  Once the suspect's actual name and date of birth was learned, it was determined that there was an active Arrest Warrant issued by the Ssanta Fe County Magistrate Court.
