Victim reported that that sometime between 10/1/10 and 10/13/10 unknown person(s) gained entrance to his garage which is connected to his residence by prying open a door with some type of pry tool. Upon entering the garage the above listed items were stolen from inside a closet.

Victim reported that that on this date sometime between 1:45pm and 2:45pm unknown person(s) gained entrance to his residence by kicking in the front door. Surveillance video of the mobile home park show's a Hispanic male in a gray zippered sweatshirt near the area at approximately 2:02 PM. A neighbor also saw the male in the area after he had knocked on his front door. The neighbor described the suspect as a Hispanic male who could speak both Spanish and English, 5'6" thin with a tattoo of a name or word on the left side of his neck.

On 10-18-10 the victim reported that his truck was stolen from in front of his residence. The vehicle was described as a blue in color 1977 Ford F150, bearing NM DV198A. The victim reported that his vehicle was stolen between 10-17-10 at 9:00pm and 10-18-10 at 8:00am, The vehicle was entered into NCIC as a stolen vehicle.

On 10-18-10 Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unattended death. Upon arrival contact was made with the decedent's Attorney, who had found the decedent inside the residence. No signs of foul play were found. Cause of death is pending an autopsy.
