Arrested: David Castor - age 21, Santa Fe, NM

The above driver was stopped for failing to stop at a stop sign. During the traffic stop, the driver exhibited signs of impairment and was place under arrest. He submitted to a blood draw at St. Vincent's Hospital and was later booked into ADC.

Suspect:  Eddie Sammons, age 47, Albuquerque, NM

Charged:  DWI(felony), Driving while license is suspended/Revoked, No Insurance

On 10/13/10 suspect was stopped for speeding while operating a vehicle.  During the course of the stop it was found that the suspect was impaired by an intoxicant.  Suspect had a revoked license and an expired registration.  Suspect did not have proof of insurance.  Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 10/13/10 victim stated that on 10/8/10 she noticed that someone had attempted to break into her house by cutting a hole into her window.  Victim stated that suspects did not gain entry into the residence.  Estimated damage amount is pending.

On 10/13/10 victim stated that she was involved in a domestic with her husband which occurred on Saturday, 10/9/10.  Victim stated that her husband had damaged two wedding bands.  Victim stated that suspect had punched a hole in the closet door.  Estimated damage amount is $4800.00.  Victim stated that a restraining order was served on suspect and was active.

On 10-12-10 it was reported that unknown person(s) had forced entry into the above residence by forcing open the front door. Once inside the the suspect(s) removed the above items. Two latent prints were located and submitted to the NM DPS Crime Lab for analysis. Suspect information is pending.

It was reported on 10-12-10   that unknown person(s) entered the above residence and removed the above items. The unknown suspect(s) used force to gain entry into the residence. Suspect information is pending at this time.

0210008926/ Battery Against a Household Member/ 10-11-10

Location: Interstate 25 East Frontage Road- Santa Fe

Charges: Battery Against a Household Member, Possession of Drug Paraphenalia, Possession of Marijuana

Arrested: Brittany Lujan age: 18

On 10-11-10 the above person was placed under arrest after being involved in an altercation with a household member. The victim reported that the above person had struck in the face with a closed fist after she received a phone call from another individual. The suspect was also found to be in possession of two pyrex pipes and a digital scale. The suspect also had possession of a green leafy substance which was found to be marijuana. The above individual was placed under arrest and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.
