On 10/7/10 victim wanted to report a burglary which occurred on 10/3/10 at about 1930 hours.  Victim stated that she had left her windows down and that unknown suspects entered her vehicle and opened the glove box.  Victim stated that she noticed the items that were in her glove box on her seat.  She stated that she did not notice anything missing.  Victim stated that a witness had seen a white truck in the area.

Case#: 0210008696/ Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date: 10/7/10

Location:  Hyde Park Road at the Overlook, Santa Fe, NM (Hyde Park)

On 10/7/10 deputies met with the victims in which they stated that they were up at the Overlook in Hyde Park walking their dog.  Victims stated that when they returned to their vehicle they noticed that the passenger window to their vehicle was shattered.  Victims stated that unknown persons took an Ipod, a leather purse containing a wallet, $200.00 cash, drivers license and a checkbook.  Estimated value of items taken is $610.00.

0210008638, Burglary, 10/6/10

Location: Hyde Park  Ponderosa Trail

Suspect: Pending

Deputy responded to report of two vehicles, a 1996 Toyota Camary and a 1991 Nissan pick-up that had been burglarized while left un-attended. Both vehicles were entered by force by breaking side windows and various items including a lap-top computer, cell phone and I-pod are reported missing.  Case is under investigation.

Case# 0210008862 DWI

Location:  Agua Fria Street at Morning Drive, Santa Fe, NM

Vehicle:  Green, 1998, Pontiac, 4 door

Suspect:  Abel M. Roybal, 38, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  DWI, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Speeding (43/30),

                   Registration to be Carried and Exhibited Upon Demand, Mandatory Proof

                  of Financial Responsibility, Concealing Identity, Warrant - Failure to Appear

On October 7, 2010 at 1:37 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle east at the location at 43 MPH in a posted 30 MPH zone.  A check with the New  Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's New Mexico Driver's License is revoked with the Arrest Clause attached.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater.  The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance or registration upon request.  It was learned that there was an active Arrest warrant for the suspect issued by the Santa Fe County Magistreate Court for Failure to Appear.  The suspect upon initial contact provided a false name and date of birth.

Case# 0210008659 Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Methamphetimine

Suspect:  Crystal E. Archuleta, 26, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Possesson of a Controlled Substance, to wit:  Methamphetamine,

                   Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Head Lamps Required,

                  Warrant - Failure to Appear

On October 6, 2010 at 10:43 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle west at the location without activated head lamps during the hours of darkness.  It was revealed that there was an active Arrest warrant for the suspect issued by the Santa Fe County Magistrate Court for Failure to Appear.  The suspect was found to be in possession of a syringe containing suspected methamphetamine, a rolled up one dollar bill and two glass pipes, one of which contained suspected burnt marijuana residue.
