Property Stolen: 2002 Honda XR-80 motorcycle and helmet

Victim reported that sometime between 8:30 p.m. on October 14, 2009 and 6:45 a.m. on October 15, 2009 an unknown person(s) stole the above listed property as it was in the driveway of his residence.  No suspect or witness information is available at this time.

0209009147 Aggravated Batttery w/ Deadly Weapon 10-14-09

On the above date, officers were dispatched to the above area regarding a possible burglary in progress.  The Santa Fe City Police had detained the defendant on Cerrillos Rd.  Upon speaking with the victim, she advised that while she was working security at the Casitas All Sups, she witnessed the defendant and two other males removing property from the storage units east of the store and throwing the property over the fence and loading it into their vehicle.  Victim who was dressed in her security uniform approached the suspects and told them to stop.  Defendant then in an attempt to flee ran over the victim's foot.  The property owner advised that the defendant had his permission to take the property.  The victim was transported to St. Vincent's Hospital for evaluation.  The defedant was booked at the adult detention center.

Location:  residence off of Valle Vista Blvd., Santa Fe, NM (Valle Vista Subdivision)

On 10/14/09 victim reported between 1430 and 1530 hours, unknown suspects entered his residence through an unlocked window.  Once inside suspects took an XBox 360 controls and console, misc. games and misc DVDs.  Estimated amount taken is $1040.00.

Location:  residence off of Calle del Prado, Santa Fe, NM

On 10/14/09 victim advised that when he got home; he noticed that his Lhaso Apso canine was missing from his yard.  Victim stated that the other canine was in the yard.  Victim stated that he looked for the canine and did not locate it.  Estimated value of the canine is $700.00.

Location:  4 South Calle del Oro, Santa Fe, NM (off of CR 62 north)

Victim:  56 year old male, Santa Fe, NM

On 10/14/09 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to an unconcious male.  Victim was complaining of chest pains and feeling full (like eating to much for breakfast).  Victim was laying brick at the above location, fell and hit his head on a brick wall.  Victim's brother had seen the incident and proceeded to where victim was and had a friend begin CPR. OMI was called.  No foul play was involved and appeared victim suffered a cardiac arrest.

On 10-14-09 the victim reported that between the years of 1987 and 1989 his dad's ex-girlfriend made him have sex with her and smoke marijuana. The victim at that time was tweleve years old and the suspect was twenty three or twenty four years old.

On 10/13/09 between the hours of 1240 and 1440 victim stated that she unknown person(s) entered her residence through the bathroom window on the west side.  Victim stated that once inside suspect(s) took a jewelry box with misc. jewelry, and 3 stereos with speakers.  Estimated value of items taken is unknown.  Estimated damage amount is unknown.

Sometime between 10-12-09 8:00 PM and 10-13-09 7:00 AM someone cut the lock to gain entry to the victim's barn. The suspects then stole 75 to 100 bails of hay.

0209008976 Fraudulent use of a Credit Card

Stolen: $5742.00 on charges

Victim reported that Between August and September an unknown person(s) used a Lowe's Credit Card to Purchase several items totaling above amount. Victim stated that the aforementioned business does not have a system to account for all the credit cards and has closed the account until this matter is resolved.
