On 10/6/09 victim reported that unknown suspects broke glass on the passenger front door to the vehicle and reached in and took a tote bag. Inside the tote bag was a wallet, $35, a New Jersey driver's license, social security card, misc. credit cards. Suspects made approximately 4 attempts on the credit cards to purchase items. Estimated value of items taken is pending. Estimated damage amount is pending.

On 10/6/09 Victim reported that she ended a relationship with a male last week and received a phone call last night advising he was going to cost her a lot of money. Victim believes suspect may be her ex-boyfriend. Victim left Hobbs and arrived at her residence and confirmed that her house was broken into. Items taken from within are DVD''s, a stereo, photos, misc. tools, keys, and a TV. Estimated value of items taken is pending.

Location: 3900 Rodeo Road, Santa Fe, NM
On 10/6/09 deputies responded to an armed robbery at above location. Prior to arrival, suspect fled on foot. Upon arrival, employees at above location stated a 25-30 yoa male; 5'10" - 6'0" walked into the establishment and purchased a pack of gum. Employee said as she opened the register the suspect pulled out a handgun demanding money and pointed the gun at her. Suspect then fled the area. Estimated amount taken is pending.

On 10/6/09 victim reported that unknown person(s) kicked open the front door to her housing unit and also forced open the rear security door. Victim said the incident took place on 9/30/09 at around 8 pm. Victim said she had not reported the incident because no items were stolen. Estimated damage amount is pending.

On 10/6/09 deputies were dispatched to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival both suspects were calling eachother anmes and struck on another. Both suspects had injuries. Both suspects were arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 10-04-09 at approximately 9:00 PM a suspect in a red Ford F250 pick up was seen taking a 2004 Kubota Tractor from the above location. It is also possible that the truck the suspect was in was also reported stolen.

Sometime between 10-05-09 4:30 PM and 10-06-09 8:00 AM someone gained entry in to the storage lot at the Cottonwood MHP and broke in to three differnt vehicles. The stereo systems from each vehicle was taken.

Sometime between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM on 10-05-09 someone gained unlawful entry to the victim's vehicle and stole a Glock 40 Calibur hand gun. Two Juveniles were seen in the area.

Arrested: Melida Perez-Mendez - age 40, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies responded to a fight involving two women. After the investigation, it was determined that the above subject was the primary aggressor and she was placed under arrest. She was taken to St. Vincent's Hospital for treatment to some minor injuries and then booked into ADC.
