Deputies came in contact with the above individual who sitting in the driver seat of the vehicle at the above location. The subject had open alcoholic beverage containers in the vehicle and exhibited signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest and he refused to submit to a breath test. He was booked into ADC accordingly.

On 10-05-09 the victim reported that she left her residence at about 8:00pm and returned at about 5:45pm, to find her front door open. During the investigation it was learned that the unknown suspect(s) entered the residence by removing a screen from the window next to the door. The unknown suspect(s) then unlocked the door and proceeded to remove the above listed items. Suspect information is pending at this time.

On 10-05-09 at approximately 10:00 AM while the complainant was house sitting at her brother in-laws she noticed a tall thin male subject rummaging through the closet in the master bedroom. When she yelled out to him he jumped out the window through where he had entered and fled the area. Two young male subjects were seen running from the area. It is unknown if anything was taken at this time.

Victim reported that sometime between 10/3/2009 8:00pm and 10/5/2009 8:00am some unknown person(s) entered victims business storage lot and stole his above listed vehicle along with a small 16foot flat bed trailer and some assorted tools that were on the trailer. A stolen vehicle affidavit was signed and the truck was entered into NCIC. The vehicle, trailer and items stolen were valued at about $ 25000.00Deputy assigned: Tim Benavidez

CHARGES: POSSESSION OF COCAINE, POSSESSION OF BURGLARY TOOLS, POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, DWI & SERVICE OF DOCUMENT (WARRANTS)
ON THIS DATE SUSPECTS WERE OBSERVED ON CR #56 AND AS THEY TURNED ONTO LOS PINOS ROAD DEPUTY OBSERVED THEM THROWING AN EMPTY CAN OF BEER FORM THE VEHICLE. A TRAFFIC STOP WAS CONDUCTED AT WHICH TIME THE DRIVER (LUIS DIAZ-CASTILLO) WAS FOUND TO BE IMPAIRED. LUIS WAS ARRESTED FOR DWI. DURNING INVENTORY OF THE VEHICLE IT WAS DISCOVERED TO CONTAIN SEVERAL ITEMS OF DRUG PARAPHERNALI, A LARGE BINDLE OF COCAINE AND BURGLARY TOOLS ALL OVER THE VEHICLE. DURING INVESTIGATION IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT AUGUSTINE MARES HAD TWO WARRANTS FOR HIS ARREST AND SO DID THE DRIVER, LUIS DIAZ-CASTILLO. ALL PERSONS LISTED ABOVE WERE CHARGED WITH POSSESSION OF COCAINE AND DRUG PARAPHERNALIA AND POSSESSION OF BURGLARY TOOLS. ALL WERE TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON THIER CHARGES AND THE WARRANTS WERE ALSO SERVED. THE VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED. COCAINE WAS SENT TO THE STATE CRIME LAB FOR TESTING AND WEIGHT AMOUNT.
