On the above date, the above officer was dispatched to the above location regarding a domestic violence investigation.  Upon arrival, victim advised that his son/defendant had punched and kicked him on head and face causing minor injury.  Upon making contact with the defendant, he admitted to kicking the victim and was placed under arrest.  The defednant was booked accordingly at the adult detention center.  For further information, refer to officer's report.

At 11:30 p.m. on September 29, 2009 the reporting victim parked his vehicle (1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse) off the shoulder of I-25 and left it unattended due to having mechanical problems.  At approximately 8:00 a.m. today (9-29-2009) the vehicle was found to of been burglarized.  Forced entry was made through the drivers side window and the stereo system was removed.  The 4 tires and rims were also taken from the vehicle.  No suspect or witness infomation is available at this time.

Dispatched to above intersection in reference to a criminal damage to property report. During the investigation it was learned that the above individual had obtaine a lug wrench from his vehicle and threatened to strike the victim. The above individual was booked into the Santa Fe County jail accordingly.

On 09-28-09, the victim reported that she left the residence at 8:30 am and returned at about 2:30pm, to find the screen door tore open. The victim entered the residence and found several items rifled through. The victim reported that the above items were removed from the items. No suspects were identified at this time.
