Victim reported that between 8:00am 9/26/09 and 10:00am 9/27/09 some unknown person(s) stole the above vehicle. The vehicle was parked in a family member’s yard. The vehicle did not require a key to start.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, VICTIM REPORTED THAT HE WAS IN THE PARKING LIOT WITH A FREIND, WHEN SOME OTHER MALES ARRIVED AND ONE OF THEM WANTED TO FIGHT HIM. VICTIM REPORTED THAT THE MALE THAT WANTED TO FIGHT HIM RETRIEVED A KNIFE FROM HIS PERSON AND CHASED VICTIM AROUND THE PARKING LOT. VICTIM STATED THAT HE RAN HOME AND CALLED TO REPORT THE INCIDENT. VICTIM WAS NOT HURT AND HAD NO INJURYS. SUSPECT WAS NOT LOCATED IN THE AREA AND CASE IS STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION DEPUTIES WERE SENT DUE TO A REPORT OF SHOTS FIRED. INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE A FEMALE VICTIM HAD RECIEVED A GUN SHOT WOUND TO HER ARM. VICTIM REPORTED THAT SHE AND HER FREIND WERE WALKING THROUGH THE PARKING LOT WHEN ANOTHER UNIDENTIFED FEMALE IN A SILVER CAR BRANDISHED A HANDGUN AT THEM. LATER ON DURING THE CONFRONTATION THE FEMALE FIRED THE HANDGUN STRIKING VICTIM. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AND VICTIM REFUSED TREATMENT.

ARRESTED: BOBBY C. TRUJILLO, 26 YOA MALE, SANTA FE AREA
CHARGES: DWI, ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC AND WARRANT.
ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, DEPUTY OBSERVED VEHICLE WEST BOUND ON AGUA FRIA FAILING TO AMINTAIN HIS LANE OF THE ROADWAY. SUSPECT WAS STOPPED AND FOUND TO HAVE A WARRANT FOR HIS ARREST OUT OF SANTA FE MUNICIPAL COURT FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY. INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE SUSPECT HAD ALSO BEEN DRINKING AND WAS INTOXICATED. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AND LATER ON HE SUBMITTED TO A BREATH TEST. THE RUSLTS OF THE TESTING SHOWED WSUSPECT HAD A .12 BrAC. SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER WHERE HE WAS SERVED WITH THE WARRANT AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.

On 09-27-09 the above individual was stopped for a traffic violation. Upon checking the above listeds driver's license an active warrant for his arrest was found. The warrant was issued out of Magistrate Court. The subject was booked accordingly without incident.

On 09-27-09, the victim reported that between 09-25-09 at 6:00pm and today at 2:30pm, unknown person(s) forced entry into the residence. The victim stated that upon entering the residence she noticed that a rock was thrown through the kitchen window. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) rummaged through the victims sons belongings. It did not appear anything was taken at this time. Suspects are pending in this matter.

Suspect: Patrick Trujillo Age: 49 Santa Fe
Patrick Trujillo was arrested for DWI after he was found in control of his vehicle parked in front of a residence on Camino Charro and showed signs of impairment. He also had open containers of alcohol in his possession. His vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County DWI seizure ordinance. His bac was .08 or greater.

Arrested: Mauricio Sustaita-Acosta - age 31, Santa Fe, NM
On 9-26-09 around 2337 hours, suspect was observed parked at the above location in front of a vacant home. He was checked on and found to be intoxicated. He was placed under arrest and submitted to a breath test. The results were .18 brac. He was booked into ADC accordingly.

Deputies came in contact with the above subject during a traffic stop and found that he had a warrant for his arrest. He was placed under arrest and booked into ADC.
