The above driver was stopped for speeding and failing to dim his lights. He exhibited signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. The driver refused to submit to a breath test and was later booked into ADC accordingly.

On 09-24-09 the victim reported that on or about July 4th, 2009 someone took a check from her residence. The suspect then wrote a check to a supply company for the amount of 970.00. The victim was unable to identify any suspects at this time.

Ricardo Venzor-Gutierrez was arrested on an outstanding municipal warrant and charged with Concealing his Identity when he was stopped for unsafe driving.  He was booked without inciden and received several traffic citations.

ON THIS DATE VICTIM REPORTED AROUND 2230 HOURS, UNKNOWN SUSPECT (S) SHOT A FIREARM AT HER RESIDENT WHILE SHE AND HER HUSBAND WERE SLEEPING.  ONE ROUND STRUCK THE GLASS WINDOW TO VICTIMS BEDROOM AND THE SECOND ROUND STRUCK THE SECOND STORY SECTION OF THE HOUSE.   CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.
