On the above date the victim reported that someone broke into his residence between the hours of 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Nothing appeared to be taken at this time. Two suspects were apprehended earlier this date by the Santa Fe City Police that match the discription of the suspects that were seen at the above location. They were also arrested for comitting burglaries.

Suspect/driver: Michael Sherwood, age 25, 137 Old Alcalde Rd, San Juan Pueblo, NM
Charges: DWI, Careless Driving, Open Container, No Seat Belts
On Sat, 9/19/09,at approx 9:43pm , Suspect was driving a 2001 Dodge Durango, silver in color, NM Temp Tag, lost control, went into a ditch, and went airborne. Suspect sustained life threatening injuries, and was rushed to the Emergency room. Suspect displayed signs of impairment, and was arrested, and submitted to a legal blood draw. Suspect was admitted, and listed in critical condition. Investigation continues.

On 09-19-09 at approximately 11:30 AM some broke in to the victim's residence and stole several eletronic game systems and games. The victim drove up and saw the suspect driving away. The items stolen were later recovered at Play It Again Sports and the suspect was identified.

Charges: DWI, Careless Driving, Improper Use Of Registration
On 09-18-09 the suspect was involved in a motor vehicle crash at the above location. During the investigation it was determined that he was under the influence of intoxicating liqour. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked on the above charges.

Sometime between 09-18-09 10:00PM and 09-19-09 08:00AM someone broke in to her vehicle at the above location and stole several CDs.

Arrested: Marcos Ce De Baca 47yoa
On the above date, the defendant was stopped for making a U-turn at the above location, ignoring sign posting "No U-Turn". Upon making contact, defendant displayed signs of impairment and admitted to drinking two beers. Defendant failed field tests and was arrested. Defendant later refused to submit to a breath test and was charged aggravated. He was transported and booked at the adult detention center.

Above individual was reported to have been driving recklessly on the above road. Upon making contact with the individual it was learned that he had two active warrants for his arrest. As the above Deputy attempted to take the individual into custody he attempted to pull away and leave. He was taken into custody and booked accordingly.

Arrested: Thomas Luebben - age 64, Santa Fe, NM
The above driver was stopped for driving off the roadway and unto several large rocks. He was found to exhibit signs of impairment and he was placed under arrest. He refused to submit to a breath test and he was booked into ADC accordingly.

Location: Vista Barranca - Santa Fe, NM
A 15 year old female was involved in a domestic altercation with her boyfriend - age 20. At one point, the boyfriend was in his pickup and told the victim to get in the truck. She refused because he was drunk and he brandished a knife. He said he was going to kill her and himself. She tried to enlist the help of a passing motorist but the boyfriend grabbed her and forced her in the truck. The boyfriend was momentarily distracted when he saw a deputy in the area and the female was able to flee from the truck. At the time of report, the victim was physically unharmed and the boyfriend had still not been located.

Victim stated she left her residence at about8:00am and returned at about 6:45pm. Upon returning home she noticed taht her front door was forced open. Victim stated the above items were missing. Suspect is pending.
