Deputies investigated an incident in which the above subject went to the victim's residence to dispute an earlier sale of a Jeep. The suspect reportedly pointed a handgun at the two males on the property. The suspect fled the area once Deputies arrived; however, he returned later that night and reportedly assaulted the same victims with a knife. He was located and apprehended in the area when Deputies responded the second time.

Charges: Battery Against a Household Member, Possession of Drug Paraphenalia
On 10-03-09 it was learned that the above individual was involved in a physical altercation with a household member. The victim did receive injuries in the altercation. The above individual was placed under arrest. The above individual was also found to be in possession of a Pyrex pipe containing burnt marijuana residue. Subject was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

Victim reported that on this date at about 9:00am she discovered that the above listed items were missing from her residence. The items stolen were valued at about $ 1140.00. The victim suspects her boyfriend took the items over the last couple of days

On 10-02-09 the victim reported that someone removed toos from the bed of his truck while it was parked infront of his residence. The tools were described as a Dewalt Sander, a caulking gun, 20 paint brushes, and a yellow and black tool box. Suspect information is pending at this time.

On 10-02-09 victim reported that between 8:00am and 4:30pm, that someone broke into his garage and removed several power tools. The unknown suspect(s) gained entry through the southside door by breaking the glass. No suspect(s) have been identified at this time.

ARRESTED: MARISELA MARISCAL-ORNELAS, 34 YOA FEMALE SANTA FE AREA
CHARGES: DWI, OPEN CONTAINER, CARELESS DRIVING
ON THIS DATE SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED MAKING RIGHT HAND TURN FROM LEFT HAND LANE OF AIRPORT ROAD ONTO SAN FELIPE ROAD AND THEN DRIVING DOWN THE CENTER OF ROADWAY. TRAFFIC STOP WAS MADE AND DRIVER LISTED ABOVE WAS FOUND TO BE IN POSSESSION OF AN OPEN CORONA BEER. INVESTIGATION SHOWED THAT DRIVER HAD BEEN DRINKING AND WAS INTOXICATED (.13 BrAC). DRIVER WAS ARRESTED AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES. SUSPECT VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding the above offense. Upon speaking with the victim, he advised that person(s) unknown driving a black in color vehicle broke out the windows to his 1997 Buick. The victim was able to obtain a license plate to the suspect's vehicle. Upon researching the license plate number, officer proceeded to the suspect's residence, where after questioning, the suspect confessed to the crime and was arrested and booked at the adult detention center.
