Location: 3200 Block of Rufina Street

Arrested: Ronnie Montano, 26 YOM

On Thursday, March 25th, 2021, deputies contacted the above individual during the course of a traffic stop. He was found to have an active warrant out of the Santa Fe District Court. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. Once there, he was booked without incident.

On Thursday, March 25th, 2021, deputies made contact with the above individual. It was learned he had an active bench warrant out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Deceased: 46 yoa Male, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a male subject not conscious and not breathing. Medic personnel observed no signs of life. OMI arrived on scene and found no signs of foul play.

suspect: Sammy Maestas 43 Los Alamos NM

Suspect was stopped for failure to maintain lanes and a DUI investigation was initiated that concluded with the drivers arrest. He refused to provide a breath sample and was booked.

Location: 28 Camino Justicia, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Jordan Maestas, 23 YOM, Abiquiu, NM

On Wednesday, March 24th, 2021, deputies responded to the above location in reference to an inmate who was found with narcotics. Upon arrival, an investigation found that detention officers located a prescription medication on the inmate's person. The inmate was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Wednesday, March 24th, 2021, deputies responded to the above location for a report of an inmate found with narcotics. Contact was made with detention officers and they advised they located strips of Suboxone on his person. The inmate was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention without incident.

Arrested: Skylar Paritsky-Martinez, 20 YOM

On Wednesday, March 24th, 2021, deputies were patrolling the area when they observed a Subaru with suspended registration. A traffic stop was conducted and it was learned the above driver had a NM driver's license which was revoked from a previous DWI conviction. The driver was placed under arrest and he was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Suspect: Denise Jevne-Reist / 59 yof Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to assist on a traffic stop. Deputy Blaine Lattin conducted a DWI investigation and he observed signs of impairment. The suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

On Tuesday, March 23rd, 2021, deputies responded to the above area for a report of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, deputies discovered the above suspect had battered a household member. The suspect had also damaged some personal property and had prevented the victim from calling for help. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Once at the jail, he was booked accordingly.

Deputies responded to above location in reference to a recovered enclosed trailer. Upon arrival to the location, Deputies located above subject removing the decals off the trailer. Subject was arrested and booked accordingly.
