Suspect: Paul Gallegos

The suspect was stopped for a traffic infraction. The driver/suspect was arrested for driving on a revoked license, expired registration, and no proof of insurance. The suspect was later booked in the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

On Tuesday, March 30th, 2021, deputies responded to the above location for a report of an inmate found with narcotics. Upon arrival, it was found that detention officers had located a controlled substance on the above individual's person. He was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Deputies took a report of a stolen Harley Davidson motorcycle. The motorcycle was entered as stolen. The motorcycle was stolen sometime the within the last four days.

Victim reported he was in the process of purchasing a RV. He received an email from whom he believed was a representative and was provided a link. Victim used the link and transferred $22,000.00 to the account. Victim was advised the email was a scam. Case is under investigation

Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a female subject not conscious and not breathing. Medic personnel observed no signs of life. OMI arrived on scene and found no signs of foul play
