Stolen: U.S. currency

Deputies responded to above location in reference to a burglary. Unknown suspect(s) gained forced entry by breaking a window with a folding chair in the kitchen facility and stole U.S. currency. Case is under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to a crash and initiated a DUI investigation. The driver was ultimately arrested and booked after providing a breath sample.

Suspect was contacted by Pojoaque PD after she drove to the location. The Sheriff's Office took over the investigation and ultimately arrested the subject for DUI. She refused chemical testing and was booked

Suspect was stopped for a moving violation which lead to a DUI investigation which concluded with the drivers arrest. He refused chemical testing and was booked.

Suspect: Charles Morris 10/25/1989

Vehicle: 2006 red Dodge Charger

On the above date while patrolling in the Edgewood area Deputies ran the plate on a red 2006 Charger. The vehicle returned stolen. The aforementioned suspect was arrested and later booked on the charges of receiving or transferring a stolen motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance; to wit fentanyl.

Victim reported she received an email asking her to donate to the COVID-19 small business relief fund. The victim did not provide the suspect(s) any money, however did provide some personal information. Case is under investigation.

Victim reported unidentified suspect(s) filed an unemployment claim with her personal information. She was notified by her HR department. Case is under investigation.

Location: Horseshoe Loop, Edgewood, NM 

Deceased: 55 y/o Female 

Deputies were dispatched to the location for a not conscious not breathing female. Upon arrival, life saving procedures were not attempted by medics. No signs of foul play were observed.

Arrested: Mary Nagel 32 y/o Female Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to a possible crash in the area. Contact was made with the above female and SFST's were conducted. She showed signs of impairment and was arrested for DUI. She was booked at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Arrested: Alicia Mendoza, 42 YOF, Santa Fe ,NM

On Monday, April 11, 2021, deputies arrested the suspect on active arrest warrants, upon being booked into the jail it was discovered she had narcotics in her possession. She was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
