On Thursday, April 29th, 2021, deputies were dispatched to the above area in reference to a hit and run crash. While en route to the location, a motorist flagged down a deputy and advised the above suspect had rammed the rear of her vehicle multiple times. Another motorist also reported that the suspect had forced them off the roadway by striking the rear of their vehicle several times.The suspect was located traveling at a high rate of speed and was unable to maintain his lane of travel. Due to the dangerous driving displayed by the suspect, a pursuit ensued. The suspect was later taken into custody without incident after his tires were deflated. The suspect admitted to consuming narcotics prior to driving. The suspect was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility and booked without incident.

Arrested: Charles Elliott, 29 YOM
On Thursday, April 29th, 2021, deputies responded to the above area in reference to an auto burglary in progress. Contact was made with the victim who advised a male had broken into his vehicle and stole a personal belonging. The above suspect was located in the area with the stolen property. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Arrested: Sergio Avila-Candia, 22-year-old male from Chimayo N.M.
On 4-28-21 a traffic stop was conducted on Mr. Avila-Candia's vehicle due to expired registration. He was found to have an active warrant for his arrest. During a search incident to arrest, Cocaine was located in his wallet. He was booked on the above charges.

On Tuesday, April 27th, 2021, deputies were patrolling the above area when they observed a vehicle without a registration plate. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle. It was learned the driver had an outstanding warrant and the driver was placed under arrest for the Santa Fe Municipal Court Warrant. During a search incident to arrest, suspected fentanyl was located inside the vehicle, along with a firearm. The driver was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility and he was booked in without incident.

On Monday, April 26, 2021, deputies responded to the above location for a report of 3 female inmates found with narcotics. Upon arrival, it was found that detention officers had located a controlled substance on the above persons. They were rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Sometime between April, 25,2021 and April 26,2021 unknown suspects gained access into the location by damaging the front door and stole multiple musical instruments and electronics. Case is under investigation.

On the above date Deputies responded the above address after the decedent was found in her residence not conscious and not breathing. No foul play is suspected

Missing 78 YO Nino Padilla
On the above date deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to the calling party wanting to report her husband missing. The reporting party stated her husband had walked off the property and was no where to be found. Mr. Padilla is described as 5'7 140 Bald with brown eyes and was last seen wearing a floral print shirt , jeans and dress shoes. Mr. Padilla is believed to be possibly be traveling to his favorite restaurant in downtown Santa Fe.
