Arrested: Desiree Martinez, 35 YOF, Santa Fe ,NM

On Monday, April 5, 2021, deputies responded to the above location for a report of an inmate found with narcotics. Upon arrival, it was found that detention officers had located a controlled substance on the above individual's person. She was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to the above address after the caller advised an unidentified subject attempted to use her personal information to obtain unemployment benefits. The suspects identity is unknown at this time. This remains an open investigation.

Arrested: Jeremy Jimenez 49 yoa, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to above location in reference to a recovered stolen motor vehicle that was returned back to the location. Upon arrival to the location, above suspect had an active warrant and resisted arrest.  Subject was apprehended and charged and booked at ADC.

Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a male subject not conscious and not breathing. OMI arrived on scene and found no signs of foul play

Suspect: John Sprunk / 32yom / Espanola, NM

Suspect was observed committing a traffic violation. During the traffic stop, signs of impairment were observed. The vehicle the suspect was driving was reported stolen from the Albuquerque Police Department. The suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Suspect: Jeremy Jimenez, 40YOM, Tesuque,NM

Deputies responded to above location in reference to the a suspect stealing the victims vehicle. After further investigation it was learned that the suspect damaged the victims storage shed then drove away in the victims RV. While the suspect drove away the victim attempted to block the suspect in preventing him from leaving. The suspect rammed the victims vehicle and drove away. An arrest warrant was obtained for the suspect.

Deputies responded to above location in reference to male that was attacking another male with an axe. Once on scene it was learned that the suspect fled the scene on foot. witnesses identified the suspect and an arrest warrant was obtained.

Deputies were dispatched to the above address in reference to Pojoaque Tribal Police needing assistance. While on scene it was learned the suspect was believed to be intoxicated. A DUI investigation was initiated that concluded with the drivers arrest. The suspect was booked.
