Arrested: Alvaro Rodriguez-Mendez - age 34, Santa Fe, NM

The victim in this case reported that the above subject (her boyfriend) entered her home accusing her of dancing with other guys. He proceeded to hold her down on the bed for several minutes and later grabbed her by her neck and threw her. Deputies were able to corroborate the victim's statement and located the said subject and placed him under arrest. The subject was booked into ADC accordingly.

The above driver fled on foot from the scene of a traffic stop and was later apprehended. He was found to be impaired and in possession of a controlled substance and had an active arrest warrant. He was placed under arrest and booked into ADC accordingly.

The above driver was found passed out behind the wheel of his car on the shoulder of the roadway. He exhibited signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. He submitted to a breath test and the results were .20 and .20. The driver was booked into ADC accordingly.

On 05-16-09 the above person was stopped for speeding at the above location. Upon running the driver through MVD, it was learned that his license was Revoked with the arrest clause. The driver was unable to procude proof of insurance or registration. He was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

On 05-16-09 Deputies were dispatched to a motor vehicle crash on US 84/285 by the camel rock casino. Upon arrival suspect was attempting to leave the scene. He was detained and admitted to being on anti-depressant medication. Subject was placed under arrest and transnported to St. Vincent's hospital for a blood draw. He was then booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Deputies responded to a fight in progress. Upon arrival neighbors directed Deputies to the above location. While investigating the fight the above individual was found to under the influence. Suspect then pushed reporting Deputy. Suspect was subsequently placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Charges: Battery Against a Household Member, Possession of a Controlled Substance to wit; Marijuana

On the above date the suspect started a verbal argument with the victim, who is a family member. The above individual punched the victim multiple times with a closed fists to her face and head. The suspect admitted to the incident. He was tranported to the Santa Fe County Jail, where he was found to be in possession of a pill bottle containing Marijuana. He was booked accordingly on the above charges.

She is described as Native American, 5'4" tall, 130lbs, black hair, black eyes, last seen wearing blue jeans, and a white halter top. She has been entered into NCIC>
