Location: 3800 Block of Oliver Road / Airport Road Area

Stolen: 1999 FL70 Dump Truck, White over Green in Color

The victim reported that sometime between 5/8/09 and 5/10/09, unknown person(s) stole the victim's dump truck.  The truck was parked on private property at the cul-de-sac at the end of Oliver Road.  The vehicle had been parked at that location for the last 4 years prior to its theft.  The vehicle was entered into NCIC as stolen. The vehicle was also bearing a Texas temporary license plate.  The stolen dump truck was valued at $30,000.00.

 On the above date the victim stated that his friend known as Art came over to his residence and threatened him with a pair of siccors in order to get some Oxycontin  pills from him. The victim gave him five pills so he would leave.

Sometime between 05-09-09 and 05-10-09 someone stole $4,000.00 worth of jewelry from the victims residence. The victim suspects the care taker.

On the above date the victim reported that someone cut the fence on his property and stole his 16 foot trailer. The trailer was a flatbed trailer red in color. This occured sometime between 05-11-09 11:00 AM and 05-12-09 10:00 AM.

On the above date the suspect was arrested after his mother had called our agency stating that he was driving and was intoxicated. Before Deputies arrived on scene the suspect took off running through an open field where he was apprehended and placed under arrest.

Sometime between on 04-04-09 and 05-11-09, 23 different Bank of America transactions were made in Albuquerque and Edgewood. The transactions totalled approximately $6,700.00. The victims card had been cancelled.

Stolen: Diamond necklace, and a Makita grinder

Value: $3,600.00

On 05-11-09 the victim reported that she was away from the residence from May 8th, 2009 and returned home today. The victim stated she was putting her jewelry away and noticed the necklace missing. The Makita grinder was taken from the garage.

Location: Mimbres Lane- Santa Fe

On 05-11-09 the victim reported that she was contacted by the Internal Revenue Service regarding her tax return. She learned that an unknown person(S) was using her name and social security number in Texas. One of the jobs was at the Phillips Brothers Management and the other was Taco Bueno. She was further advised that she owed $3, 889.00.
