0209003962 Assault Against a Household Member

Deputy Assigned: David Clendenin

Location: Calle Lema, Santa Fe NM

Arrested: Juan Escamilla-Cordova 28 years old. Santa Fe NM

On this date the above victim reported she was involved in a domestic dispute with her husband. Victim stated suspect arrived home after drinking the night before, demanded to be let into the residence. When suspect was not allowed in he armed himself with a shovel and began hitting a vehicle. Suspect began calling and yelling at the victim treating the victim. Victim was afraid suspect would enter the residence and batter her. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Location: 28 Camino Justicia, Santa Fe NM

Arrested: Richard Baca 24 years old, Santa Fe NM

On this date it was reported by a correction officer at the Santa Fe County Jail that the above inmate was upset because he did not get extra yard time. Inmate was given verbal commands to comply and enter his cell. Inmate resisted and pushed the Correction Officer. The inmate was charged and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Items stolen: 32" Samsung flat panel TV, Value $850.00

On this date 16 year old juvenile reported that he had a party at his residence while his parents were out of town. He stated he went to bed while people were still at the house and upon awaking in the morning he noticed that some unknown person had stole the TV from the master bedroom.

Location: Puesta De Sol  Suspect: No Suspect Information  Stolen:  Misc. Tools

 

Victim reported unknown suspects broke into a storage shed and took several tools.  A pad-lock was forced open to gain entry.

0209003934 Missing Person

Location: East Sombrillo Rd, Espanola NM

Missing: Nadin Sanchez 28 yeas old, Espanola NM

On this date it was reported that a 28 year old female was missing from the above location. Missing person was at home and upon awaking the reporting person noticed that the female had left the residence along with reporting persons car. The car was later located at a family members residence. Missing person was entered into NCIC.

Location: I-25 mm 274, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Victor Velazquez-Maldonado - age 20, Santa Fe, NM

The above driver was involved in a motor vehicle crash at the above location and was found to be impaired. He was placed under arrest and submitted to a breath test - results .08 and .08. He was booked into ADC accordingly.

CASE: 0209004013 / AGGRAVATED DWI-OPEN CONTAINERS AND DRIVER TOO BE LICENSED / 05-10-2009

LOCATION:  AGUA FRIA - SAN FELIPE, SANTA FE AREA

ARRESTED:  AMNUEL HERNANDEZ-FRANCO, 18 YOA MALE

CHARGES:  AGGRAVATED DWI-OPENCONTAINER-DRIVER TOO BE LICENSED

On this date suspect was observed failing to maintain his lane of the roadway.  Suspect was stopped and found to have been drinking and in possession of an open container.  Suspect was found to be intoxicated and arrested.  Suspect refused to a breath test and was charged with the above listed charges and taken to the Adult Detention Center

LOCATION:  3100 BLOCK OF JEMEZ

SUSPECTS:  PENDING

ITEMS STOLEN:  VIDEO PROJECTOR, DVD'S, VISA CREDIT CARD, DALLAS COWBOY FOLDING KNIFE AND JEWELRY, VALUED AT OVER $2,500.00

On this date victim reported that she was away from her house from 05-08-2009 around 1700 hours until 05-09-2009 around 2052 hours.  Victim reported that unknown person (s) had forced open her back door and removed the above listed items.  Case is under investigation at this point.

CASE 0209003981 / DWI-OPEN CONTAINER-POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE / 05-09-2009

ARRESTED:  BERNARDO RODELAS-AYALA, 27 YOA MALE

CHARGES:  DWI-OPEN CONTAINER-POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

On this date suspect was observed driving in a imprudent and unsafe manner.  When deputy made contact with suspect he was found to have an open container and intoxicated.  Suspect was arrested and found to have a small amount of cocaine.  Suspect was arrested and taken to the Adult Detention Center.

ARRESTED: CATHERINE D. VIGIL, 49 YOA FEMALE

CHARGES:  DWI-DRIVING ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC

ON THIS DATE SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED FAILING TO MAINTAIN HER LANE OF THE ROADWAY.  SUSPECT WAS STOPPED AND FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED AND WAS ARRESTED AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER WITHOUT INCIDENT.
