Location: Old Pecos Lane- Santa Fe, NM

Stolen: Apple Mac book Pro laptop and a 54" LG Flat Screen TV

Value: Pending

Victim was out of town for the past three days and returned home to find the front glass door broken out. Upon checking the residence the above items were found to be missing. No latent prints were found. No suspect information was available.

Location: Camino Alondra- Santa Fe

Stolen: Rolex Watch and a pair of Rayban Sunglasses

Value: $2,659.00

Victim reported that she left the above items on her counter when she left the residence at about 7:20am. Victim also reported that the residence was left unsecured so the landlord could remove a table from inside the residence. Upon the victims return home she found the aboe items missing.

Arrested: Roberto Montes-Villafuerte

Charges: Assault Against a Household Member

Above subject accused his family member of having an affair. The above individual then cornered the victim in a bedroom and began to raise his fist. The above individual then punched the wall because he was angry. The above subject was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly

Location: Futures Loop - Edgewood, NM

Arrested: George Newsome - age 56, Edgewood, NM

Deputies responded to a domestic altercation in which the husband grabbed his wife by her neck with both hands and then later pushed her against a freezer. The husband was located shortly after the incident and placed under arrest. He was booked into ADC accordingly.

0209003958 / Selling or giving alcoholic beverages to a minor / 5-8-09

Location: SR 14 mm 41, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Jerry Hattaway - 24, Santa Fe, NM

The above driver was stopped for speeding and failing to maintain his lane. During the traffic stop, it was found that the driver had purchased an alcoholic beverage for two minors also in the vehicle and allowed them to consume it at a party. The driver was arrested and also charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was booked into ADC accordingly.

Case#: 0209003918/ Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date: 05/07/09

Location:  2400 block of Camino del Oso, Santa Fe, NM (off Hyde Park Road)

On 5/7/09 victim reported that unknown person(s) gained entry into her residence by prying open front door with possibly a crow bar.  Unknown person(s) then took from inside the residence a purse which contained a credit card, $100.00 in cash, 2 checkbooks, misc. papers.  Also taken was a soft case with papers, a Sony 52" flatscreen TV, Blu-ray disc player, and 2 jewelry boxes with misc. jewelry.  Unknown person(s) had used the credit card at the Burger King off of St. Francis Drive to purchase gasoline.  Estimated damage amount to door is about $500.00.

Case#: 0209003905/ Breaking and Entering, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date: 05/07/09

On 5/7/09 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to an alarm check.  While deputy was enroute it was later reported that the front door was kicked in and unknown if entry was gained.  It is unknown if anything was taken.  Estimated damage to door is about $1000.00.

Case#: 0209003919/ Negligent use of a firearm/ Date: 05/07/09

Location of arrest:  6237 Vuelta Ventura, Santa Fe, NM (Tierra Rael MHP)

Suspect:  Phillip Glock, age 44, San Juan, NM

Charged:  Negligent Use of a firearm

On 5/7/09 deputies responded to the above location due to a report of an altercation between a resident and a security guard.  Dispatch advised that the security guard drew his weapon.  Upon investigation is was learned that the suspect had been under the influence and had a weapon in his possession.  Suspect was then placed under arrest for negligent use of a firearm, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

The above named individual was arrested virtue of a remand order signed by District Court Judge Stephen Pfeffer.  He was booked at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.
