On 04-19-09 Deputies responded to Los Coyotes in reference to a Domestic Dispute. Upon their arrival it was learned that a Domestic Battery had occured. A male subject was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly

On 04-18-09 the victim reported that sometime between 04-17-09 at 3:00pm and today someone broke into his office and stole the above items. Tire marks were found in the mud along with fresh shoe prints. Suspects are pending at this time.

On 04-18-09 the victim reported that he was filling in pot holes in the private road. The victim stated that his neighbor was traveling on the roadway swerved towards him. The neighbor then stopped an yelled out a profanity and then drove off. The neighbor was not located at time of report.

Victim reported that sometime between 8:30am and 1:00pm on 4/17/09 some unknown person(s) burglarized thier residence. Entry was gained by kicking in the front, the suspects stole the above listed items valued at about $1800.00. This incident is currently being investigated by the Sheriff's Office.

At about 1:32am, the above driver was stopped for running a red light. He was found to show signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. He submitted to a breath test and the results were .16, .19, and .18. He was booked into ADC accordingly.

Arrested: Frank Vigil - age 31, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies responded to the above location regarding a domestic altercation. Upon investigating the incident, deputies found probable cause that the above subject battered his girlfriend and stole personal belongings from her. He was placed under arrest and booked into ADC.

Deputy was dispatched to the above location in reference to a structure fire. Fire personnel advised that the residence appeared to be ransacked. The victim was able to state that the above item was missing. Do to the fire it was not possible to locate any latent prints. A set of tire tracks were located behing the residence.

On 04-17-09 victim reported that his friend had taken his recorder, microphone stand, and 3 microphone cables. Victim stated taht thic occurred on 04-14-09 after band practice, when he went to bed. Deputy made contact with suspect and items were returned.

Charges: Violation of Order of Protection, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, Service of Documents
On 04-17-09 the above individual was found to be parked in front of his ex-girlfriends residence. There was an active arrest warrant for his arrest out of District Court. It was also found that the above individual was in violation of an active order of protection signed by Distict Court Judge Raymond Ortiz. Upon being taken into custody, he refused to comply with commands and was physically taken into custody. He was booked into the Santa Fe COunty Jail accordingly.

On 4/16/09 unknown suspect(s) forced open the front door to the residence. Suspects removed a refridgerator from the livingroom. The striker from the door was removed and will be submitted to the crime lab. Estimated value of refridgerator is $600.00.
