On Monday, April 20, 2009 at 11:25 a.m., deputies were dispatched to 964 Camino Vista Aurora, in reference to a burglary in progress where the home owner, saw three male subjects running out of the South (back door) of his home. He stated that he was unclear how these subjects gained access, except that the back door may have been left unlocked. He also stated that it appeared that his 2005 GMC 4 door pick up truck had also been stolen. Victim stated that the three subjects appeared to be wearing dickies style pants, short hair or bald. Shortly after passing this information over the police radio, Cpl. Rich Sisneros apprehended two subjects matching that description. Item stolen: Taurus Stainless Steel 357 Handgun $500.00
Victim reported that between April 6, 2009 at 9:00 p.m. and April 18, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. an unknown suspect stole the Stainless steel Taurus .357 handgun from the night stand at his residence. He stated that he was certain that the residence had not been burglarized, but was less certain that a friend of their house keeper, who had been to the residence at least once during that time frame. Location: Agua Fria St (Alegria Liquors) Santa Fe NM
Items stolen: 7 Bottles Jose Quervo, 6 bottles Bacardi rum, 2 cases beer, 30 packs cigarettes, cash register with $700.00 cash.
On 4-19-09 at approximately 4:00am unknown person(s) gained unauthorized entry into the Alegria Liquor store at 2797 Agua Fria. The suspect(s) shattered a door window on the west side of the building and unlocked the dead bolt to the door. Once inside the suspects stole several bottles of hard liquor, cigarettes, and the cash register containing approx. $700.00 cash. No suspect information has been developed at this time. A red/brown substance suspected to be blood was located at the scene on the door and inside the store. Samples of the blood were collected and will be submitted as evidence.

Victim reported that sometime between 10:00pm on 4/18/09 and 12:00 noon on 4/19/09 some unknown person entered the victims white 1992 BMW and stole the above listed items valued at under $1000.00.Deputy assigned: Sgt. Cliff Coleman

Arrested: Patrick Martinez - age 27, Pojoaque, NM
The above driver was stopped for speeding. He exhibited signs of impairment and was placed under arrest for DWI. He was booked into ADC accordingly.

Location: I-25 mm 268, Sante Fe, NM
Deputies were investigating a motor vehicle crash in which the driver fled the scene. The vehicle was found to be reported stolen by the Albuqueque Police Department. No suspects are known at this time.

Location: Cerrillos Road/Airport Road - Santa Fe, NM
Arrested: Daniel Chavez - age 20, Las Vegas, NM
The above driver was stopped for having an expired license plate. After being stopped, he fled on foot and was subsequently apprehended by the deputy. The driver exhibited signs of impairment and was also charged with DWI. His breath test results were .09 and .10. He was booked into ADC accordingly.

Location: Jemez Road - Santa Fe, NM
The victim was at St. Vincent's hospital and reported being sexually assaulted at her residence. She had purchased a vehicle from the suspect and he had gone to her home to discuss payments. The suspect forced himself on the victim and sexually assaulted her causing multiple injuries for which she was being treated at St. Vincent's Hospital. The Criminal Investigations Division responded and the investigation is ongoing at this time.

Location: Casita Mobile Home Park - Santa Fe, NM
Arrested: Jesus Rebera - age 35, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies responded to the above location regarding a domestic dispute. Their investigation showed that the above suspect threatened to batter the victim and was subsequently arrested. He was booked into ADC accordingly.

On 04-19-09 Deptuies responded to Camino Polvoso in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon their arrival it was learned that Battery did occur. The victim showed signs of injury. The offender was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.
