Location of Incident: Feather Catcher Road (Pojoaque) Santa Fe, NM
On 04-28-09 deputies responded to a residence at the above location where a 44-year-old male was found deceased in bed. The victim had suffered from a medical condition for several years and was recently told by his physician that his condition had deteriorated. There were no signs of foul play at the scene.

ARRESTED: MICHELLE MARTINEZ, 30 YOA FEMALE
CHARGES: AGGRAVATED DWI, ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC
On this date suspect was reported by crime check to be driving all over the roadway. Suspect was located by Deputy and he observed suspect failing to maintain her lane of the roadway. Suspect was stopped and found to have been drinking. Suspect was taken into custody with out incident after showing signs of impairment. Suspect agreed to a breath test and had a .20 BrAC. Suspect was transported to the Adult Detention Center and booked on above listed charges. Vehicle was impounded.

On 04-25-09 unknown person(s) entered the victims vehicle through the left rear window. Once inside they stole the above item. No suspects or witnesses were identified at this time.

Location: Hyde Park Road- Tesuque Trail Head
Stolen: Purse containing keys, cards, checks, and house keys.
On 04-27-09 the victim reported that her purse was stolen from her Chevy Trailblazer. The vehicle was parked at the Tesuque trail head off of Hyde Park Road. The unknown suspect(s) had gained entry by breaking the rear window. No suspects had been identified at this time.

Charges: Battery against a Household Member
On 04-27-09 Deputies responded to a Domestic Dispute on Rattlesnake Road. Upon arrival they made contact with the victim, who stated that she was battered by her boyfriend. The suspect hit her in the face causing visible injuries. The boyfriend was booked into the Sana Fe County Jail accordingly.

On the above date the victim reported that someone in Illinois has been using his information to obtain credit cards, bank loans and purchase vehicles. This has been happening for two years now , but did not find out until today.

On the above date the manager of the Casa Rufina Apts. reported that one of the ex-employees embezzled some money from the complex by not making a deposit from the laundry room machines. This occured between November 2008 and Febuary 2009.

Arrested: Desiree Martinez - age 22, Santa Fe, NM
The above subject was a passenger in a traffic stop and found to have an active bench warrant out of Magistrate Court. She was placed under arrest and booked into ADC.

Arrested: Jorge Rascon - age 19, Santa Fe, NM
The above driver was involved in a motor vehicle crash at the above location and was found to exhibit signs of impairment. He admitted to consuming alcohol prior to driving and was placed under arrest. He submitted to a breath test and the results were .13 and .13. The driver was booked into ADC accordingly.
